My contention is the reason for closing the thread is invalid since Shuparnakha's character is not a copyright of any show and we can use her as an example.

I have seen couple of threads with DT notes saying under review and then being opened again with warning and stating the forum rules again.

It is not my thread. Someone else. I found the reason for closing thread unpalatable and hence thought of lodging protest.

I know even I found that odd. Just because there was a mention of Siya ki Ram doesn't mean that the comparison was with that show 😣. May be, she can get it reopened by asking the mods to.

I think it was like "lo phir se shuru ho gayi. Thakthi nahi hai kya yeh taane maarne se" kind of a reaction and turned his face.

I would have also liked him speaking up but may be he is too weak and doesn't have energy to fight or argue?

When we do good things, or something nice, we feel really energetic, like him getting romantic or getting into a cute banter. Those kind of things gives him strength actually, it is a pleasant feeling. However, when one has to fight or argue or getting into any unpleasant conversation, it needs energy, those unpleasant talks drains out energy from a person, so may be he let Sai do the talking? He knows that Sai is capable enough to handle Pakhi and he is not in a mood to get into any arguments with this lady whom he has already asked to leave.

We feel this way because the same dialogue was used during the ousting too and he was quiet back then. But Virat isn't in a position to think any of these. He has just come out of a surgery, he couldn't even talk to Pakhi or Sai without going through discomfort.

He is speaking when needed I guess, like telling Pakhi that it is her who should leave the room.

We can see what he does if she speaks later at CN, now I think the above said reason is why he is not defending Sai.

Trust me, even I give up sometimes when I am tired or when I have no energy left in me to fight a negative person. It really requires a lot of energy.

Koi choti woti nahi hai is something she said during their SR when she saw the lipstick mark.. Thats because she saw the woman in Sai that Virat might get attracted to and today she know is attracted to. SO the choti tag the bacchi tag doesnt exist for her her.. She has realised that Vishmamitra (Virat) k tap(Pakhi k prati nibba pyaar) ko bhang kar chuki hai Menka (Sai) .

Agree it is not comparison to a show. She should contest the decision.

Even I said the same thing in EDT yesterday that I am reminded of Surpanaka looking at Pakhi in the episode.
