Any of our relative or friends were in a similar situation and she was submissive to her in laws and after years and years of respecting them , did things change for them? In short do people like chavans change ? I believe it's only in the tv dramas that they may change in the end ,in real life it seldom happens.

Dang it!! Why didn't I think of this question👏? In real life there are so many cases around where bullies remain bullies till they are stood up to. Chakrams are bullies, they find a weak personality to bully unless you are one of the chamchas. Ashwini is a great example of it on the show. No matter how much crap she takes and minds her words, neither her husband nor the rest of the circus crew lets her live. Ashwini gave them enough time, right? Her life seems to be going down hill progressively and ACP saheb thinks the chakrams only need time and a chance to accept Sai. Bullies never bully someone strong. Sai is strong, can stand up for herself, but Virat is someone who can stop her. Also, PP can never be bullied because her dad and mom will come and show chakrams their place, but Sai has NO-ONE to rely on, not even Virat! Hope they show her moving out to hostel and moving on with life! To me Pakhi can have Virat and the guy she is married to. Keep them all

For me I highly relate to Sai ...Sai is a non nonsense straight forward girl ,and she knows to give back to the people in the language they know best .....But the problem is the mentality of society ...if you are not able to talk sweet manipulative then you are wrong

That what the problem ..is Is duniya me Ko pith piche burayi karte hai they are considered to be the ideal ..but some who dares to say on Thier face are termed as uncivilized , rude and Selfish but in reality they are the most genuine person

But yes Sai impulsiveness is what I don't like she just need to Toned down ..instead of shouting she should give them back the way they love to listen with Mithi chasni me dubi hui bate ..

As far as how I do I too give people back but the way they need to listen Chasni me dubi ke juta marna

If they could change with time then ashwani will be in a better place right.

I like virat very much but I cant understand y cant he understand how much cruel and insulting his family could be

Agreed. I would definitely give them a piece of my mind after that though. I won't let them off the hook because someone else did that for me.

But your point also highlights towards the fact about how every attack by this bunch of crazy bit*hs is unprovoked and will continue even if Sai keeps her mouth shut. Her tone/language/etiquettes have nothing to do with their verbal abuse.

No they dont my dear. Such ppl never change. .. . My very good friend who takes meditation classes often narrates the story of many such girls

I am not saying that being bold or rough is the solution to this. All women arent bold , they have no backing of parents or husband. They suffer the most unfortunately. So like someone said in this thread , a solid support is extremely important to tackle these situations . Girls r conditioned to respect her in laws/elders from the beginning ...n the moment she talk back she is called "tez" , disrespectful and what not...I gve silent treatment to my in laws if I dont like something but I am also called disrespectful at times lol

Hence I believe elders must take a backseat after their sons marriage and let the couple live their life the way they want to . If the girl can leave her parents after marriage why not the boy ? It's a radical thought but slowly we will move to such arrangements. And that's the only solution to family problems such as these .

Anupama serial is the best example of how a dil and a wife never earns respect unless she learns to respect herself. It's very good to be good to people but everything has a limit.

Coming to gum, I will reserve my judgement on virat for some more time. Unlike others he is sai's well wisher.
