Today's episode was straight up disappointment.

I found it so contradictory. Virat who was so respectful for prasad and told Sai to speak respectfully about it threw food today?

Creatives please don't mix Rono(bengali version) and Virat (hindi version). They are completely different personalities. It becomes a fiasco.

He got a big accusation and seems like he is very scared that he won’t be able to prove Vitthal wrong. What if he is scared that while losing his job, he will also have to let go of Sai if Vitthal wins the case ?!

He’s frustrated that all that he worked all his life will come to naught due to this accusation.

Also sai being young & a new wife is not able to read his moods. So I’m not surprised that he threw the tray.

Also he still thinks he loves pakhi & owes her because of his promise to her.

I do see him being affected by sai. He admires her spirit & will slowly fall in ‘true’ love with her but maybe his words might then come back to haunt him.

Would love to see more of the Virat who coolly handled the name change ritual for Sai. 😊

@bold Well, he didn't show any concern for that, instead, he clearly stated he regrets marrying Sai. His feelings of being tensed in such a situation are totally justified, however, his actions are absolutely not. Remember, he was supposed to be the "mature" one. So his maturity left out the window when he got hit with something unexpected. However, hasn't Sai suffered something more tragic than he. Yes, he has given his life into becoming an IPS officer, but Sai literally lost her purpose in life with her father's demise.

I know I am sounding like I am straight up supporting Sai, but Virat is just a douche. He is not giving me any reasons to support him. Sai was wrong for her outburst, but Virat was also wrong for his words.

Also, I am not refuting your statement btw, I am just venting...lol...

I don't know, their relationship is so low right now that it can only go upward from now on.

Yes, Virat was a disappointment but his career is his life and seeing that slipping away from you os very very difficult. On top of that Sai-Pakhi's discussions are never ending, so yeah the result was throwing the food away.

The way he phrased it all was definitely very insensitive. But then we also have to step into their respective shoes and see what kind of a mindframe they were in. Atleast here, the jagda is where both the ML AND FL are putting forward their voice. If you see the other soaps, it’s always the ML screaming and the FL taking it in and then venting way too later to him about how wrong it was. It completely destroys the characterization. But with Virat and Sai they just do whatever it is, right then and there, and move on. Let’s see how he makes up for this mistake. I’m sure Sai won’t come back in the room next couple of epis and he will reevaluate himself. He seems like the kind of person who would realize when he went too far with his words, so I am expecting that by the end of the next week there is some sort of a closure to their jhagda.

I am sensing all of us are frustrated with today's turn of events. The way situation unfolded and the frustrate Virat was bottling inside him came out. Sai also was feeling same due to Pakhi busting into Virat Sai discussion that too like a bin bulaye maheman. Only person that seemed to be satisfied today was Pakhi - knowing her best friend is miserable in his marriage was a reassurance for her that there is still hope for them.

Virat who has dedicated his youth to become an IPS officer how sees the dream slipping through his hand. Pakhi sensing this will seize the opportunity to turn this into her favor by highlighting that had he not married Sai he would not be in this mess. Virat is at his low point right now and seems like he will be easily manipulated given his fragile status. IMO Pakhi is actually worst than Karishma.

Karishma is a blabber mouth she says thing but does not do anything.

Sai is no nonsense person and speak the truth the way she sees it and it comes out sounding rude. She is still growing and the past few weeks have been life changing for her so her outbursts are something I I stil understand- not giving her free pass here but I get whatever she had gone through is triggering her emotions.

Pakhi on the other hand what I would call a "mithi churi" . Woh sohti kuch hai, bolti kutch hai, air marti kutch aur hi hai. She holds grudges, is more immature (otherwise she would understand Virat's reasoning for marrying Sai) . Today she knew exactly what she was doing at the breakfast table, when she rushed to Virat Sai's bedroom. She is very calculating.

I wound rather have friend like Sai, frenemy like Karishma in my life vs having best friend like Pakhi.

What is your guys take?

Virat's reaction is understandable. Can't blame him completely though I find his throwing the food a little ott, he could have just told off Sai to leave him alone. But he is not in right frame of mind to think calmly. The job he has worked for all his life is at stake without his fault. And its not easy to deal with. Moreover I found Sai a bit irritating today, she even brought Pakhi unnecessarily into the argument
