Jan 7th '09 Written Update
At the Garodia house, all the betiyaan are preparing for the anniversary party when Phulki comes in taunting Jhanvi for having a good time after putting their family thru so much humiliation and goes on that she will always remain unmarried. Just then Menka comes in and retorts back that Phulki is in no place to say anything, esp since she herself never cud get married. Phulki leaves embarrassed.
Yuvraj rushes to the bus stop to stop Kajri, but seeing that the bus has left, he follows the bus by car. He catches up, stops the bus and gets Kajri-Naman out. He pleads with her to not leave him, but she mocks him that he cares for others than his own son and remains adamant abt leaving. Finally he assures her that he will do as she wants and will kill Surya.
Later at night, at the house, the betiyaan dress Sav as a bride and bring her downstairs. Surya comes there as well and is touched by the surprise party his daughters have thrown for him and Sav. Yuvraj walks over to Surya and apologizes for messing up the consignment and reassures him that he will never make such a mistake again. Surya forgives him and tells him how proud he is of him, that he owned up to what he did. Surya explains to him to never let others manipulate his thinking and actions and to always listen to his own heart.
The girls bring in their card and gifts. Surya and Sav are deeply touched when they open the gift and find in there a huge portrait of both of them. The girls then urge Surya to sing for Sav, and he does. All of them dance and rejoice. Later Surya-Sav cut the cake together and feed each other. When Surya begins to cough, Yuvraj offers to go get water for him. He goes to the kitchen and puts poison in the glass of water. He brings it to Surya and he watches as Surya is abt to take a sip.
