The show begins with Uttara calling everyone and shouting that Devika has had sleeping pills. All come to her room. Uttara starts screaming at Kakul that all this has happened because of Kakul and if something happens to Devika, she will not forgive Kakul.
Amarnath calls the ambulance and devika is taken into the operation theatre. Samaan and Sharad come there and are upset that Devika tried to commit suicide yet again. The Doctor comes there and tells everyone that Devika is safe but she is still critical and the next 48 hours are crucial.
Devika regains consciousness and calls for her mother. The nurse comes and informs everyone that Devika is fine and is calling her mother. All start to go in but she stops them saying that this is ICU, so you cant go in, only the mother can go in. Amarnath and Uttara go in. Devika tells Uttara that she knows that her time has come and she will die soon. She requests Uttara to fulfil her last wish, which is that she wants to die as a married woman.
Uttara comes out and tells everyone about this and starts crying. She then hysterically starts shouting for Sujit to put Sindoor in Devika's maang. Amarnath asks Ahaan to go with Uttara to meet Sujit. Uttara touches Sujit's feet and requests him to get married to Devika since she is dying. She says that nothing will happen to you,as it is my daughter who is dying, so the effect of the kundli and your death does not arise.
Sujit says yes and they all go to the hospital. Uttara tells everyone that Sujit has agreed. Kakul is praying at the temple in the hospital. She asks God why He has put her in this dilema. On one side is Devika's life and on other is her jiju's life is this marriage happens. She is upset about the choice that God has put in front of her. She asks God to help.
The nurse comes and tells them that the Doctor is calling the patients' mother. Uttara goes inside. Kakul is coming back from the temple when she hears Uttara and the doctor talking. The doctor tells Uttara that he has taken a big risk by saying all this despite the fact that Devika has not taken any pills. He also says that if someone gets to know that I have lied, I will lose my job. Please give me my money. Uttara gives him money and says work has still not finished.
Kakul hears that all this is a plan and comes to everyone upset. She sees Sujit there and Samaan tells her that Sujit has agreed to get married to Devika. Sharad says why is it taking so long for Uttara to come. Amarnath says that maybe this is something urgent.
Uttara comes there and starts looking for Sujit. She says that doctor has said that its just a matter of hours, so lets this done soon, so that Devika last wish is fulfilled. She is asking for Sujit when Sujit comes and says that I am sure you havent got Sindoor, so you guys should go and I will get sindoor from the temple in the hospital and come soon.
Uttara asks everyone to come to the ICU room saying that she has taken permission from the doctor to allow everyone inside. She says that this is the biggest moment in Uttara's life, so we should all be there. Kakul is worried. Everyone goes in. Uttara tells devika that Sujit has agreed and he is coming to put sindoor. Amarnath also tells devika that Sujit will fulfil her wish.
Sujit comes with sindoor and is about to put it on Devika's forehead when someone says 'Stop' Its the police inspector. He says - This is a suicide case and hence a police case.
Everyone is shocked. Episode ends.
