I think Geet just wants to know that Rajeev is safe

but yes Maan knows that she still loves Rajeev and that is the only

reason she comes to Maan and ask

Maan on the other hand is possessive he hates the fact that Geet still

is concerned for Rajeev

he kisses her and he makes it known if she utters that name again she will be kissed

but the second time Geet bits Maan's lips and warns him

in the past Maan fell deeply in love with Geet and when he saw her with Rajeev

Though Geet mentioned Rajeev's name and she knew Maan

would get angry but the moment

he sees her wound on her neck , Maan is worried for her

and this is the first time Geet is realizing his care and love for her

though she is now aware she is married to Maan

but she also wants to ensure that Rajeev is safe and she wants him to move on

in his life

Geet realizes she needs to also put effort in her marriage because of her in laws and husband

Maan on the other hand is blown away by the fact that Geet allows him close to her

without hurting him and she trust he will take care of her

so there is a great improvement in her behavior towards him
