Hmmm...I believe that there has been a leap in time...Maan is wallowing is shame and regret of having done such a cruel thing to Geet and his baby...I don't think he is married...My guess is that his Dad came back to them for some ulterior motive and has been found out by Maan...so he has realised the true colours of his so called Dad...He probably has been searching for Geet all these while but unable to locate her...

Geet & family must have moved away for obvious reasons...She must have struggled to move forward in life...be it her pregnancy, delivery, raising her baby plus taking care of her family by working...Unfortunately her baby has been diagnosed with the deadly disease...My guess is that its leukaemia and the doctors have suggested Bone Marrow treatment. Geet's may not have matched...So she is calling Maan with the hope that he would get tested and be the donor to save their baby.

How is my guess? This is my mind rambling away in excitement:):):)
