Dev and everyone made a plan to catch the culprit but maan was not happy with their as he can see his shares are getting down. Geet and her parents acted infront of that culprit. They fixed a camera too. In his intoxic state he confessed all his crime
Police arrested him
Maaneet were playing with little ruhi. I though you will make ruhi's father to come back as his body was not found by seeing and hearing about msk

So it was Sooraj that wanted to marry Geet and at the same time was Maan's rival
he wanted Maan out of the way so he can be successful in business and second he can
marry Geet .
thankfully Geet had discuss this matter with Dev and Geet's father also helped in playing this time with Sooraj and letting him know that he is accepted
Sooraj men tried once again to kill Maan but was unsuccessful but this time Dev gave false statement that MSK is dead making Sooraj blissfully happy and in this happiness he blurted out that he has killed MSK he is out of the way and now he can marry Geet
the evidence was gathered against Sooraj and he was sentenced to death as he did kill Ruhi's father and attempted to kill Maan few times
Maan and Ruhi does have a unique bond one that is created by love and this bond extends further to Geet as Ruhi has accepted her as her mother
