At past and present Maan was and is solicitous and caring towards Geet inspite of Geet's obstinate and self willed demeanor. Despite what geet did to Maan in past he still loves her. Maan accused Geet for sleeping with other Mens. Geet answered him back with same intensity. With Maan's words it lookslike Geet indeed betrayed him. Simultaneously with Geet's words it seems like there is some misunderstanding and half of the truth is concealed from Maan. According to Maan's current state of mind even if geet's open about her deeds and justifies thyself he may think she is protraying and manipulating situation after his words and pain he endured. If geet was entirely at fault then guess dadima wouldn't have supported her to provide job in KH since she was also against geet due to geet's past action and now both are behaving like best friends as well (maan's words @chapter4). Or did geet apologized for her demeanor that dadima forgave her !!?
