Chapter 4
Seeing Maan at d entrance was actually a shocker fr everyone n due to shock everyone missed a pair of eyes filled with tears of joy! As maan came forward hugging his mother followed by Rano, everyone else recovered from d shock! He came forward hugging everyone n reached Vicky. Both brothers hugged warmly.
His eyes searched around what he reasoned himself was fr dadima. Raj: Maan, we'll talk later, come n meet ur dadima first. And everyone walked towards dadima's room.
Upstairs as Geet reached dadima's room n informed about Maan's arival, SD was all ready to jump out of bed to meet her fav grandson. But In time Geet cought her back reminding her about d plan. She shighed n sat sat back, as she knew it was also important! Geet also informed her about KB's involvement. SD eyes went wide. She was smtimes scared of KB's manipulating lawyer skills. She prayed in mind that nothing goes wrong.
They soon heard footsteps approaching them. N SD was back to her gloomy look. As soon as they entered, Savitri Devi turned her face again pretending to sleep. Slowly Maan sat beside SD, whereas Geet sat d other side. Maan softly held SD's hands, dadima started melting, though was sure enough not to show anyone. Maan: Dadima, ap mujse bhi bat hai karengi? Apne Maan se?
Dadima: Apko itni jaldi wasao ane Ki koi zarurat nai thi, ur work might suffer. U can definitely go bak! She said gloomily.
Raj n MH felt bad hearing her.
Maan: M sry dadima, bt apko pata hai na if I wouldn't handle that, dad would would have been overloaded. I just didn't wanted that. Dadima: Obviously, why would u even remember that there is an old granny waiting for u to come back home, u would have directly came back on my funeral! She said all being dramatic, what everyone thought to b emotional. It was only KB n Vicky standing at d back rolling their eyes. Vicky thought, Dadima would definitely have been a successful actress, if she would b bit young.

Geet: We need to talk to Ram uncle. Lets go. N Geet n Vicky walked out discussing their plan.

SD has always wanted Geet fr her Maan. During their childhood, she knew there were chances of them being together as they were besties, but growing up time n priority changed. Exiting dadima's room Vicky n Geet left to put their plans in action. They got into Vicky's room, discussing further plans. Maan was passing by their room, he saw them sitting n talking together. He finally had an eyefullook at her. He was simply blown away. She sat there in a white dress that reached her knees. Her hair tied in a pony tail and a few locks of hair caressing her forehead. Her eyes, he always loved them, caramel brown in colour. Her small button nose n at last her lips, they weren't painted, baby pink in colour. He sighed. He wished...WAIT! What is he doing? Checking out Geet!! No that's nt right. He haven't even met her once. Looking at her he was blown away. He felt a tug in his heart seeing her fr d first time in years.
He saw Vicky sitting nxt to her, n realised how much n what he actually missed in all thus years! Rather than losing himself again, he simply walked back to his room.
Nxt morning
Maan decided to talk to his dad to kno about their outing plans. Walking downstairs he realised he has spent all night long thinking about geet. As he reached down, he he saw Khurana's waiting for him. There were supposed to be @HM fr bf.
Entering HM, his eyes searched for Geet. They didn't had any sort of interaction last day. What if she felt he is avoiding her! No, coz m nt. It's just a bit awkward. It has been so long. Bt today he was determined to talk to her.
MH was in lawn, reading newspaper whereas Rano was busy instructing servants fr bf and Geet was nowhere to b seen. Maan wished to see her immediately. And as if answer to his wish, she descended down d stairs, wearing purple coloured dress but her hairs were left open. He couldn't keep his eyes off her n suddenly she looked up as if feeling some gaze on her. N they shared an eye lock. None of them knew how much time flew away, were it has been mins or mere seconds but d eyelock was broken by a push that Maan felt n he looked away embarrassed.
Soon, Rano asked everyone to settle in d lawn fr bf. After finishing, Maan asked d way to washroom as he mansion has been recently renovated. Mohinder asked Geet to lead him n Geet obliged with a smile. Maan thought about it, things have turned so formal b/w them as Geet lead d way. If it would have been older times, geet would have cribbed making faces.N he would have teased her. He smiled @ thought.
He wanted everything like it was years back n was determined to set everything alright. He concentrated on d way.
Turning towards d guest room she bumped in d vase placed nearby stumbling backward. Maan immediately got hold of her waist to stabilise her n another eye lock. This time it was Geet to break it, n looked away embarrassed. Maan hated it, he didn't want any embarrassment or formalities b/w them.
Maan: Ur still so clumsy! I hoped u would have changed, bt no. Something's never change. He said mockingly. Her mouth went wide open in an 'o'. Maan thought: Typical Geet. N smirked. Geet: Excuse me, Khurana. I m NT clumsy. Maan: Yeah, that's why u stumbled in ur own house over things. He again mocked. Geet: That's coz this was placed recently n I wasn't aware of it! She said fumingly. Geet: Also, u see m NT a robot like u who dnt make mistakes and spends life getting bored! M a human, so I make mistakes n stumble. She said smirking . Now it was Maan who gave her annoyed look. Maan: U again started with that robot thing! I told u, I dnt like sm1 calling names. He sai taking steps towards her. Geet: M nt scared of ur so called angry young man cum beastly persona.And looking in her eyes, something changed within his eyes. They turned passionate. As he kept moving towards her, she slowly moved back till her back touched the pillar behind her. ND she was trapped. Maan moved his face closer to her, n whispered: M clearing this to u fr d last time, I dnt like being called names. Hope u would keep it in mind in near future. His fingers gently caressed her cheeks.
Feeling his fingers, Geet felt butterflies in her tummy. She closed her eyes to hide her feelings. N Maan was back to earth from heaven. He took steps back and Geet opened her eyes feeling loss of warmth. They suddenly felt awkward. Maan turned to go back, bt then he tilted his bak n smirked at her saying: I never knew m capable to make u quite. And giving her a wink he walked back.
