Maan was all alone just now he had dev and daadi,so like all humans he too want emotional support,and I want geet as his support.

Mayb in previous parts yes
But after maanya incident,as a mother geet was so obliged to maan.yes mayb not as wide but as a mother.
She even was not very happy about meeting daadi and all
But all this incidents made them ,what they r today,every bit of incident mayb bitterful,not so pleasant visits.Maans drunk behaviour,every thing helped them to get close,to take a step towards eachother.
After taking his care sharing and hearing maan past ,geet can't say now" maan u r fine r we will b back to boss and employee mode"

Geet is a ordinary girl who had great expectations about marriage like every other girl,so after lots of struggling,if she decided to give a chance to maan and her relationship,its not a crime on her side.
She still is waiting to knew answers not jumping on maan.
So my say is u r taking exact bend and dip in the story not too rush not too slow.
The one who says now mannet r going in fast mode may say u r taking story slow with past scenes.
As I bet there is lot of past acc to diya and NT.
