So, Adi has backstory as well and an unpleasant one. Adi and Geet were lost in their own banter and cute repartee. Lovely flashback !! Geet was scared of injection and lied to Maan about doctor's absence but alas to Geet's luck Maan caught her lie and embarrassed Geet before doctor. Maan was happy that Geet trusts her. At present Maan was back to his ignorant self and his action hurted her alot but Geet knew she deserves his ignorance owing to her deeds.

after adi went to room maan a gain ignore geet and settle himself on sofa ...he open his mobile ..

geet become sad , but she deserved it she hurt him badly ..he is so much involved with pari and she walk like that without talking with him...yes he is pari father ye second birth to unhone hi diya hai ..so she is PARI MAAN SINGH KHURANA . A soft smile touch to geet lips ..

just than adi come down he change in another short ...geet mouth open in O shape and maan nodded in no with geet reaction but adi is cool ...

Geet make face and declared in adhe adhoore clothe main I am not coming with him inko bolo change in other cloth .

Adi open his mouth for give good word to geet but maan stop him ...

Adi change in other decent cloth we are going in Hospital not for Picnic ..adi once glare to maan and went from there ...

After 15 /20 min trio reach to the hospital where geet daily check up and And first Sonography today they got to know about baby growth ...gender and its twins or one maan is one who is more nervous ...yes nervous for change more than geet also.

He want to be with geet when songraphy happen but it's so awkward how could he ask and upon that its not look decent to look Geet like that he took deep breath ...

Maan face now open book for geet she get that what he want but shyness and awkwardness stopping her ... But when doc called her for checkup she saw maan sad face ...geet think something and entered in cabin than she ask something to doc . A soft smile appear on Doc face .

Sis make ley down on checkup table all they give her another gown so it will be easy to checkup .

Sis push gown to upper side ...her abdomen part should be uncovered ...for checkup doc instructed to sis for light to make room dark and cover geet other part with another cloth ...

Maan was ignoring Geet's presence and she knew it's her own deeds which made Maan behave so.she realised the truth that Maan adores her unborn baby and loves him / her from his heart. Maan was feeling dejected that he couldn't see Geet's first sonography but Geet and doc solved his problem. Both were delighted and overhelmed to see Geet's sonography. Geet is blessed with twins !! this news added extra excitement and merriment to their existing happiness and joy.
