The Myth

The test of a true myth is that each time u return to it , new insights and interpretations arise.

A saying Or belief Or fact Or superstition Or Myth ... these words play an important part in ppl's life ,, many blindly believe or live their lives on some belief nd myths ,, from d time of d bith of a child to till his/her end some belief never left them ,, those ppl trust a priest who himself a human being nd it's also said that human is a bundle of mistakes ,, then how cn a priest be trusted blindly ? Does a priest's words r more important than an innocent child ? If yes then where is humanity , love , care nd family bonding ? Where r relations nd their warmth ? Where is Truth nd Reality ?

This was really a tough time for DJ,Kabir nd Maan , one side Geet was going to enter d last month of her preg ,, she need good care nd a person with her all d time , other side DJ got fracture ,, at least one week she cdn't move nd after that she needed walker support to walk , but deffo she cdn't move nd work like before almost for 2 mnths.

All wr in hsptl ,, DJ went for plaster ,, Kabir was with her nd Maan with Geet in waiting arena ,, it's more than 2 hr they wr here ,, Geet checked d time nd realized that it's t time for Maan to leave for his office.

Geet: mr MK u go , it's ur office time ,, pa is here with me.

Maan: what , no , I won't go ,, i'll inform for 2-3 days leaves , how uncle'll manage u both .

Geet: we r in hsptl now , for ma , many nurses r here nd me nd pa will stay here nd will go home when ma'll settle .

Maan: no , I won't leave u alone , u r already taking tension for DJ ,, nd how'll u manage at home .

Geet: Oh come on , I m not a kid who cn't take care of myself , nd Dr told me to be active , so I cn do some work .

Maan gave her a hard look : wasn't Dj careful ? , but see , she fell down ,, we don't know how she managed all alone ,, think about u Geet , u r prg we cn't leave u alone , I m not going anywhere .. samjhi .

Geet huffed : Mr MK , plzz go , I m here for few more hrs with pa ,, u cn come lil early to help me in home ,, but what'll u do here ? we r only sitting .

Maan: so what , if u cn sit , then why not me , nd u need rest Geet ,, don't sit for long like this .

Geet: pa drop me home if feel tired , u cn call for ur satisfaction , how long u cn take leave ? somehow we have to manage this for many days , so no use of avoiding work nd study , try to cop-up.

Maan looked at her awed ,, she don't want to effect his work nd study nd ready to adjust in all ways ,, not thinking about her comfort nd help , but thinking to manage for all in this tough time too , , why she is so selfless ?

Geet: soch kya rahe ho , jao late ho jaoge .

Maan touched : i'll go on one condition .

Geet: aur wo kya ?

Maan held her hand : promise me u won't do any work , nd roam alone ,, u'll be very careful nd take rest .

Geet rolled her eyes nd sighed : u r over reacting MK ,, don't forget I m still going to college nd roam without ur help .

Maan: I know , but there u have many friends with u to take care , nd for ur info , I have an eye on u .

Geet looked at him awed : OK , I won't do anything nd will take rest , but for now I m here with Pa , nd don't know when'll we go home ? u cn confirm on phone .

Maan sadly: why r u forcing me to go ,,I don't want , let d uncle come then we'll decide .

Geet gave him a glare nd called Kabir , ask him to meet her for few sec ,, Kabir came nd Geet told him that MK was not going to his office .

Kabir: Maan u go beta , I m here .

Maan: But Geet is alone here , nd when'll u both go home ?

Kabir: hopefully we'll stay here few more hrs ,, plaster has done , nd she'll be shifted to pvt room soon , so we cn stay with her for some time , when she become stable , then we leave for home .

Maan: OK , then do one thing , I m leaving my car here nd join u back here after few hr,, plzz wait for me , we all go together.

Kabir: OK , we'll try , nd inform u .

Maan: no ,, it's d matter of 4-5 hrs ,, i'll try to come early .

Kabir OK , fine ,, now go , don't be late .

Reluctantly Maan left from there giving Geet a disappointed look who just shrugged her shoulders.

Dr gave a hard plaster for 45 days to DJ 's leg from foot to above knee ,, she cdn't fold her leg ,, for one week dr advised to keep her in hsptl , nd then she cd go home ,, bcoz of age factor cal level lower down nd bone took time to heel , DJ was not worried for her , but she was worried for Geet , who need her with her.

DJ was shifted to a Pvt room ,, Geet nd Kabir sat with her there ,, asking how she fell nd how she manage.

Kabir: I m sorry farida for not picking ur call ,, I was in OT nd my phone was on silent ,, I m so sorry dear.

DJ: it's OK kabir ,, we have to face that pain which we have to destine ,, none cn avoid that ,, don't feel bad , ur duty is more imp , u wr with a patient who needed u more than me ,, it's was good that Maan nd Geet reached there at once , Maan was a big help otherwise Geet cdn't handle that alone ,, but where is he ?

Geet: I sent him to office ,, wanted to take leave , but what was d use of sitting next to me ,, don't worry he'll be here in few hrs.

DJ: OK , I m worried about all of u ,, everything will disturb ,, how u'll manage nd take care of Geet ?

Kabir& Geet: ho jayega ,, we'll manage.

Geet: don't take any tension ,, we'll handle , relax.

They stayed there nd Maan called Kabir nd talked to DJ too ,, seeing d current situation he was worried for Geet nd called DM ,, though it was late to call her , but he cdn't wait , nd informed DM about DJ's hurt nd his worries for Geet ,, DM too became tense , it was really tough to manage for Maan nd Kabir ,, Geet need good care nd so Farida ,, she at onece woke-up Reema nd Yash nd told them about Maan's call ,, Yash became more worried ,, he took d phone from DM nd talk to Maan.

Yash: Maan , don't worry nd take good care of Geet nd FaridaBi ,, I m sending Maa with Nakul ASAP , OK , just manage till then,

Maan beamed : yeah dad, thanks , i'll .

Yash came on toe nd at once called his travel agent to arrange 2 sets for Canada ,, it was good that he made Nakul pp when Maan asked for DM to join him at d time of Geet delivery ,, DM wanted to take Nakul with her so insisted to make his PP .

Next day went for packing nd arrangement ,, agent booked d tickets for next early mrng ,, nakul too did his packing ,, he was very happy going to abroad ,, he was very Sr nd trusted helper of KM ,, Reema packed many things for Geet nd all ,, treo talked to Kabir nd DJ .

Maan came back early taking 2 day off ,, he knew if his Dad assured him then DM wd be here in next 2 days nd then she wd handle everything with nakul ,,he was very relaxed ,, he reached Hsptl nd met with DJ ,, he saw her plastered leg nd patted his shoulder that he did right to inform nd calling DM ,, that nyt they took their dinner in hsptl mess nd came home at nyt ,, Kabir nd geet went home nd Maan to his after giving many instruction to geet ,, he was lil relieved that Kabir was with her .

Next mrng he got up early ,, dressed up nd went to Geet's home to help her ,, there was only a few mtr distance in both houses ,, he was in d next gate ,, Kabir nd Geet got ready nd all 3 had their BF ,, Maan nd Geet left for college nd kabir for hsptl ,, they wr calling DJ turn by tern nd informing her that everything was going well ,, DJ was lil relieved now, she was touched by Maan's care who he was taking all d responsibilities .

Maan nd Geet decided in d way that after college they wd go to meet DJ,, Maan said that he had taken 2 days leave , but he hide that DM was coming ,, rest of d day went well ,, though DJ was worried for Geet nd her diet , so she was reminding Geet nd Maan again nd again to take proper food on time ,, DJ sent them home to take rest , bcoz Kabir was there for full day nd visited DJ many times ,, Kabir too insisted Geet to go home ,, Maan nd Geet returned nd Maan stayed there ,, both prepared something to eat nd then ate together , Geet went to rest nd opened guest room for him ,, Maan talk to Rzr nd then finished some of his work ,, in between he checked Geet peeping in her room nd find her sleeping .

He went to his home changed nd came back ,, catch up with his study nd at eve made coffee for him nd juice for Geet,, now she was not allow to take much tea or coffee,, he wake up Geet nd sat with her in her room .
