LONGING FOR LOVE

PART 9

It was two days , she was in the hospital and maan had hired the nurse for her for twenty four seven.. She was showing some improvement and maan was keeping the tabs about her improvement and health.. Geet was not aware that the person that she was thinking as hers was not the him.. But he was a total stranger ... a stranger who probably hate her.. but does he really. ? was a question itself..

Maan was sitting in the private ward where he had shifted her for all the comfort.. Maan Singh KHURANA was aware of the fact that the girl was driving him insane and he had asked his security chief to get her details asap...

Maan was having his life which was now getting complicated with the sudden intrusion of the girl... his eyes were towards her ward ..he had specially maintained some distance and there was a partition in the same private ward.. and maan could see her cleraly.. she was lying on the bed and drips and cannula was there inher hands.. maan saw something and immediately called his security .he had asked them to get the desired info of hers..

the head of the security staff was standng with the file and the file read GEET HANDA.. there were the minute details of hers.. there was clearly written that she had an accident two years back and had there were the things that he suspected...

maan : did you contacted her parents.. there is the address and the contact and its written thats he is from london so why is she here in india.. maan asked still looking at the file and his security chief answered him that made him suspicious again..the girl was a mystry still even after getting the details of her he was not able to know what was wrong with her..

security chief knowing maan's temper answered him...

SC : sir , her family shifted in india two months back.. we contacted in london but they were saying that the base of the handa textiles was shifted here in india , and handa's were trying to set up new branches in kolkata and assam... so no one knew about them there... they are haviing only daughter geet and she is been admitted to the hospital six times in the span of two years ...

Maan's eyes were on geet and he was getting that something was definitely wrong but he couldn't fathom that her parents are so irresponsible that they were not even bothered about her... Its been almost four days and there was no sign of her parents..

Maan : what about their relatives.. They were in Delhi , get the address of Delhi and ask for someone.. Who belongs to her..

Security nodded and left immediately..

It was night time.. For some reasons maan can't leave her.. Maan was facing his own self turmoils and here the doctors and the hospital staff made him her husband.. Since maan had admitted her and knew only her name so he had just written geet and the over smart hospital staff added KHURANA to it making it geet maan Singh KHURANA..

Well this was still unknown to the man himself until he saw..

Maan was sitting in her room where she was lying closing her eyes.. Her cannula was hurting her a lot and this he knows since from the last couple of hours since she regained consciousness was either crying or seeing upwards to or saying something that was not understood by him..

The nurse was on the round and she had to give geet the shot that she looked with her half closed eyes..

She opened them and immediately shouted..

Geet : nahi mujhe nahi lagana woh..

She shouted making maan to jump from his seat and the nurse ordered the MSk to hold his wife..

Nurse : sir , please hold your wife please.. This was happening second time in the day and last time it was such a upheaval and maan had to capture her in his arms to make her ready for the shot..

Geet : nahi nahi please don't listen to her..Mujhe darr lagta hai.. You know this arjun.. Please nahi..

She said softly that was not heard by maan but the nurse heard that..

Nurse st : why is she calling her husband arjun..

Maan : nahi hoga dard.. and why are you scared .. I am here na.. He eyed at nurse and rolled the sleeve of her gown and she was completely into him hiding her face in his Chest.. Her soft breathing was giving HIM some kind of aloofness and he immediately parted her .. She had tears in her eyes and he immediately left her hurting the cannula that it was about to came and the blood was clearly seen when maan held her hand.. He was frustrated on himself and didn't looked at her ..

She hit him with her soft fist..

Geet : I hate you.. I hate you.. You promised me you will always protect me from these shots .. But you are changed.. Arjun .. You are changed..

Her words were so clear and his senses were numb hearing her..
