I really dont believe in kundali or their nakshatra and all. But yes, like any other even in my family or people around me (talking generally about society) believes in such superstitions. If there is a new born, then the first thing a family does is get the correct timing of the new born and send it to their "Guru" and get and kundali done. In some houses the name for a new born is decided after reading the kundali and according to the word that kundali shows. Everything in life, people some time or other does end up taking helps of a "Guru" "Fakeer" or "Father". From birth, to his/her name, to their marriage and deciding a "shubh" din till the person dies.

I would be really shocked to know that a person has never ever in his/her life seek help of any such things. I can bet that every family in India believes in myth in some or the other point of time. They end up taking helps or believe in superstitions. I believe that there is at least one such person in every family in India who believes in stars, horoscope, kundalis and all.

But since Im more of a pratical girl, I believe our actions and intentions decides our fate. I believe in "Karma is a bitch and it does comes to bite back at you" or "jaisi karni waisi bharni" than believing in what is written in my fate just by reading my kundali. If you do good, you will recieve good. Probably late and after lots of hardship, but you will recieve it if you are patient enough. However if You do bad and think bad, the result will be worst. You have pay price for all your sins.

At the end all I can say is give something different. You have always given a Geet who suffers cos of her selfish family and Maan who suffers cos of a girl. So I would love to read something different from you this time. If that counts as a suggestion.

i know, there's a difference between myth and superstitious.. but still, it has a v thin line of difference.. let me tell you, i am one of those superstitious person too.. no, not that would change my path if any cat has crossed it.. no no.. not that way..

actually my mom and nani used to say "if you are going out for some work, and if some one offers you or says to eat or drink something, then at least drink a sip of water, if you don't do so, your work would not be finished.. " though this was not for me, but i used to see this.. every time nani used to say to mom " naam liya hai, to abb pani pee k jao" but now, i have inherited it, but in some different way.. i keep a bottle of water with me always and i take a sip of water before going out of the house always.. and at the back of my mind that saying of my nani comes..

another thing.. nani and dadi used to say, don't cut the nails in the evening or night.. its a bad omen.. and i have some really big problem with even a slightest bigger nail.. i cut my nails every alternate day.. and sometimes i could not cut them in the morning.. so now i have kept a nail-cutter in my pouch which i carry almost everywhere..

see how superstitious i am..

but there're many myths of which i know, but i don't believe.. like if someone sneeze once, it's a bad omen..
