It feels ages since i read the last updated part, maybe that's why i wasn't able to come to the conclusion as to why geet was in hospital. But never mind, this update let me know.

As anaya said no one had power to forced geet to accept maan's proposal in past but the way he had always made her feel as to she's the only person responsible for his condition it burden her unnecessarily even when there isn't any fault of her & that thing must have affected her every now & then which maan came to know after seeing her in the hospital & that's why he said he forgive her for everything which had an immediate effect on her. (I know the feeling when people unnecessarily blame you for the things you haven't even done so i can relate to her anger very well).

After all that to me maan's behavior was normal & it feels really good to see him like this but to geet that was awkward. Can understand as she was seeing the brunt side of maan & suddenly he's all so sweet & helpful, thanks to anaya who cleared all the puzzle in her mind.

Aah! Geet thinking to be the head designer of KC so that she can be close to maan & make up for everything. Can i expect their REAL STORY to start from here😊?
