The lyrics means he is telling her in start that love has colors and even you have colors in you! Then he describes the color of green and says that green is in your acceptance of my love and then he describes red in various things and says your anger has red color. Then he describes yellow and says your beauty has yellow. Then he talks of blue, black and white and ends with saying that your heart is white as in pure! The whole song is so beautiful! If only they had sung it in hindi exactly the same lyrics! I was in awe when i read the meaning today!😲
