Hey guys, great news! Mera pain kam ho raha hai! It must be muscle pull only! Woh kya kehte hain muscles jakad gaye hain! Mom once told me that if that happened you should keep on working it lightly as that lessen the pain! And after typing the chats bahut dard kam hua!

so i try jerking it bit
but not in hand
but my legs it happen
