Aaj ek funny cheez hua! Yesterday I slept for four hours and I was fresh and today I slept for nine hours and was still feeling groggy! Kal twelve ko sone gayi aur 9 ko uthi phir bhi was feeling lethargic. I think I should restrict my sleep to six to seven hours! Usse kam soyi toh lethargic, jyaada soyi toh lethargic!😆

with me its i keep yawning even after 9 hrs of sleep
but not that much when slept less than 7 hrs
but cant stop
