Well Mrs Handa, the root cause of their pain and despair.

I pity her, coz for whom she did everything thinking that she is saving her, she failed to realize she is the cause of her pain and destruction.

She took Maan's love and respect for her as her strength, and blackmailed him.

Well said by Khan saab, the day she realize her mistake it would be too late and she is, and I don't want anyone to forgive her.
