Life was progressing...One day he was on call with Geet's mother
M: Ji Maa app ko kuch aur chahiye
R: Nahi beat... yeh to tumhari braai hai kay tum damad ho kar hamari itni madad kar rahe ho..
M: Maa yeh to mera farz hai...please aap mujhe neecha na kare
R: Beta 2 din baad Geet ki birthday hai to kya mai aap kay ghar ajao.. us kay pasand kay ladoo bhi lay aogi.. aur us say mil bhi logi... bara time hogaya hai
M: Haa maa zaroor... mai app ka wait karonga..
R: acha beta rakhti ho..
M: Bye Maa
Maan (self-thought)Acha to madam ki 2 din baad birthday hai aur mujhe batana bhi zarori nahi samjha. Chalo koi baat nahi... yeh birthday wo zindagi bhar yaad karegi.
Maan started planning for her birthday...
On the day before her birthday (before 12pm) Geet was waiting for Maan eagerly and moving to and fro in the room.
G: He is never late especially after our confrontation... what happened today
This is when the maid came to her room with a packet in her hand
G: Yeh kia hai
Maid: Madam wo driver aya tha aur yeh dia..kah raha kay wo apka wait kara rah hai niche
Geet frowned and too the packet
G: Acha...
Geet saw a note attached with the packet after when the maid left
Geet wear whatever is in this packet and come with the driver
Maan
Geet opened the packet and saw a plain red sari with golden zari border and a blouse...
Geet tried and it was a perfect fit for her.. She did minimal makeup and wore her high heels with it, earings and a bracelet in one hand.Geet was about to leave the room when she saw in the mirror that her blouse was showing more than what she wanted so she took the pallu of her sari and bought that in front in order to cover and then moved...
The journey was silent. She didn't know where she was going... she was also getting nervous... and was also feeling a bit cold due to the AC
The driver stopped the car
D: Madam Maan sir apka farmhouse par wait kar rahe hai..
G: Acha..
Geet had read at the entrance that this property belongs to the Khuranas
She opened the car door and kept her feet out... she felt something very soft. She closed the door and the car left. She felt a bit jittery. And then suddenly the lights of the entire house were switched on...in between she left her pallo that was in her hand. She stepped forwards on the trail of red petals when very fast wind started to blow... she folded her arms on another and took another step and that is when red petals started showering on her. She looked up and a helicopter was there with a person showering her with petals. He signed her to go forward.
Till she reached the main gate she was being showered.
She opened the door but the light were not switched on... she still had her arms folded in front of her chest and was rubbing them to generate some heat as it was getting chilly since it was late night. She could not see a thing... she stepped inside she heard a voice
M: When you were not in my life.. my life was like this...dark with no light... I used to wonder whether I will ever get any source of happiness...Whether there will be a person who will love me to no extent...
Suddenly the lights switched on
M: Now my life is full of light like this... God has sent a beautiful angel for me... My happiness lies when I see her cut dimples...(Geet smiled)... when i see her red rosy cheeks whenever i tease her..(Geet blushes)... When i see her mischievous gleam in her eyes...When she cares for me... when she bosses me...when i hear her tinkling of payals and bangles...Geet I love You Geet... so much that i can do anything for you...
Geet was surprised to hear Maan's confession... Don't know how many times he has confessed his love for her in a few days.. He always use to surprise her one way or the other..
Geet moved forward and was awestruck by looking at the decorations. All the walls were filled by her pictures taken at the most random times... her smelling a flower in the garden. Making weird faces, tongue sticking out when she did something wrong, confused face, Full smiley face, mischievous spark in her eyes.. and many others..
The whole room was filled with flower petal of all colour and the marbeled floor could not be seen and with lots of balloon up in the ceiling and distributed on the floor...
Geet was stunned by it. She couldn't open her mouth.. She was trying to observe each and everything within her...After sometime after looking everything very closely and lovingly she uttered...
G: Maan app kaha hai...
G: Maan???
G: Maan??
Now Geet couldn't wait anymore and wanted to see the face of her husband desperately so she decided to threaten him as she knew that is the only way he will appear before her..
G: Maaan.. ap ate hai yah mai yaha sai jao
Maan started moving towards her by coming down the stair. The lights again switched off with only spot lights on them... he reached at the end of the stairs and and opened his arms wide.
Geet rushed towards Maan and hugged him tight. Maan embraced her ever so gently and hugged her back...They stayed there for God know how much time.
M: Geet are u ok?? (still in hugging position)
Geet stiffened a bit...
G( selfthought): Geet yeah tune kia kia... Maan teray barey mai kia soch rahe hoge
Maan as if read her thoughts
M: Mai kuch nahi socho ga
G: Nahi wo mai..
Geet moved a little back
Maan didn't completely leave her...and was admiring her..
When Geet saw this she downcasted her eyes and smiled. Maan put his finger on her chin and raised her face... so that he can see the mirror of her heart.. he raised the other hand and checked the time. It was exactly 12pm. He moved his lips near her ear
M: Happy birthday my lady love!
And kissed her earlobe.. Geet just tilted her neck a little... she felt tickling sensation in her stomach when he kissed her... and hugged him tighter by putting her arms around his neck. Maan hands were at the small of her back and were caressing her to comfort her...
They stayed there for a few moments. When Geet moved a bit back.. Maan left her but did not leave her fully
Geet had tears in her eyes
G: I love you Maan! I love you Maan...From the day you married me... these three weeks I have spent almost like a princess. You made me feel so special... Thanyou Maan Thankyou so much..
M: No geet this was nothing comprared to what I have done...
Maan kissed her forehead and then her eyes and then her soft cheeks trying to remove the tears through his lips..
M: Geet I promise these pearls will not be seen in your eyes ... Hmm
Geet just nodded
Maan picked her up and moved towards their bedroom... Geet kept on admiring him while Maan looked staright ahead.
Both entered their bedroom and again Geet was stunned by the decorations.. it was filled with candles and roses on every corner,. The atmosphere was so ethereal. It felt so pleasant... the sweet smell of the roses, the aromatic candles...
Maan layed her down on the bed sofly... and moved towards the cupboard and took out a shawl..
Maan came forward and wrapped it around her
Geet was surprised
M: Geet u were feeling cold and uncomfortable!
G: How did u know??
M: When u enetered u were rubbing ur arms and when u came into my arms u were cold...when I took u in my arms u stiffened a bit.Sorry if u don't want to wear that blouse there is another one in the wardrobe u can change it.
Maan paused a bit and then said
M: it took me time to understand you but now that I have understood I know what u are thinking.. and i will never ever try anything that you don't like or hurt you...
G: Do u read mind??
M: No darling I read ur eyes.
Geet was stunned by his talk
G: No its ok.. you sent it so I am going to wear it. Waisay bhi yaha kon hai aap kay sava
M: Ohhh acha to Geet tumhe meray samne farq nahi parta
G: Haa nahi parta aap to meray
She bit her tongue and downcasted her eyes and red hue could be seen on her cheeks. Still she was reluctant to pronounce the word "husband"
They kept on talking like this for hours...
In between Maan bought dinner which were all Geet favourites.. They enjoyed the dinner... and again lied down on the bed..they slept together while talking...
Next day Geet woke up first
G( muttering a little loudly) thanks Maan for last night... now I don't want anything else... I have got u... Thank you God for bestowing me with happiness and a prince charming like Maan. She kept on admiring him and later kissed him on his forehead, cheeks, nose... she was about to kiss on lips but
Maan woke up when he felt so soft petal like lips on his forehead. He didn't want to startle her so decided to act.. when Geet reached near his lips.. her breath was fanning over him and when she moved away he didn't like it so he clutched her wrist and jerked her
Geet fall on his rock hard chest...Maan was trying to read her expression
G: Maaan
M: Hmmm Darling
G: Leave me
M: just finish what u started
G: I did not start anything
M: acha...
G: hmmm
And geet smiled and blushed so much that her cheeks actually turned into red apples
M: Geet I want to bite your red apples
Maan kept on looking and when she didn't respond he moved forward and kissed her both cheeks..
M: Acha abh jao.
Though Geet accepted a kiss on her lips but how could she ask for that and twisted her lips and went from there.
M: Geet the thing you are waiting for... you yourself will have to cover that distance
Geet though heard it but didn'y respond and went to freshen up.
Both had their breakfast in between throwing glances at each other and left from there to their mansion. The journey was silent except they were glancing each other every there and now
Both reached
M: Geet in the evening get ready... there is one more surprise waiting for u...
Geet got curios now as to what surprise there is
Later they had their lunch and Maan took her for shopping...
They shopped for a few hours and returned
M: Geet get ready now
G: hmm
Geet got ready and came down
There she was stunned again
She saw her mother and her sibling their
She rushed towards them and hugged them tight.
R: Geet Happy birthday beta... kaisi hai beta to??
G: Bilkul theek maa... App kaisi ho??
R: Theek.. To tu bhool hi gayi thi liken hum nai kaha hum hi milnay ajai..
G: Boht acha kiya maa... app bethiye na..
Geet then hugged her sibling too
R: yeh le beta teray favorite laddo
G: Aww Mama thankyou so much
Geet had tears of happiness by looking her family. Geet just whispered thankyou to Maan
And he just blinked his eyes to assure her that he accepted it.
They enjoyed their time and cut the cake... it was small family celebration...
Geet had smile that was reaching her eyes today and Maan was very happy to see that... he was looking at a completely different avatar of Geet. Now he knew that he succeed what he wanted and finally the past memories were blurred from their vision...In this time he understood that she was a never a materialistic girl..she used to find happiness in small things...
The celebration he organized with her family was more than enough to make her happy.. if it would have been some other girl... she would have demanded a lavish party with high-ended gifts... but this was his Geet... his angel
G: Mama where is my gift
R: Haa beta mujhe pata hai tujhe kitna intezar hota hai apney gift ka
Rano handed her a necklace with real pearls..
R: Geet u always wanted this but I had kept this for u to give when u get married.
G: Thankyou maa... this is lovely... I always liked this necklace... look how pure it looks...
R: haa yeh tere abbu nay mujhe diya tha.. this was my first birthaday gift after I got married
Geet immediately wore it and turned towards Maan
Maan just nodded and she knew that he meant that he liked it
Her other sibling made a card for her. And Geet accepted it..
Later after having dinner Geet's family was about to leave and Maan could not see Geet restless and sad..
M: Ma abh aap hamare ghar hi rahenge
Nakul gari mai say samaan lay kar ao
R: Beta yah tum kia keh rahe ho... betyon kay ghar nahi rehte..
M: aur beatay kay ghar
Rano was surprised to hear that..
M: Maa.. mai aap ko maa bola sakta ho na
R: haa betay kyu nahi..
M: From childhood I wanted the love of a mother but couldn't get it... My mother died when she was giving birth to me...when I was five years my father also left me... and last year my grandmother...
Maan had tears in his eyes
M: I want u to stay here now.. with us.. isi waja say jab aap yaha ai to mai nai servants ko bhej kar packing karwa li aur saman mughwa liya..
App rahege na hamare sath??
R: par beta..
G: Maa maan jai na..
R: acha beta jaisay tumhari marzi... abh hum kia karsaktey hai..
Maan just hugged geet's mother and her sibling.
Geet also hugged Maan and whispered thankyou. Maan tightened the hug to assure her.
Later they were enjoying in the lounge when Maan called nakul
M: Nakul sab kaam hogaya
N: ji sahib ho gaya.
M: chale maa hum chaltey hai
Geet was confused what is Maan saying
M: chalo Geet
R: Beta aik dosray ka khyal rakna
M: jee maa
G: Maan yah aap kia keh rahe hai..
M: wohi jo tum sunrahi ho
M: acha maa hum aik hafte mai ajain gay... koi bhi baat ho to mujhey call kariyega... servants idhar hi honge..
R: haa bta tum log enjoy karo...
G: Enjoy??.. yeah Maa aur Maan ko kya hogaya hai??
Rano hugged geet and gave blessing to Maan
Maan put his arm around her and moved towards the car
G: Maan yeh saab kia ho raha hai
M: just wait..
Maan asked the driver to take them to the airport
Get got curious
G: Maan where are u taking me..
M: I am kidnapping u jaan! Please be patient
G: Maan I am not in the mood to take jokes
M: Mainay kia joke kia... sach hi to keh raha ho...
M: Acha geet u asked everyone for your gift but u didn't ask me..
G: Maan waisay bhi meri birthday over ho chuki hai...aur waisay bhi apney mujhe itney surprises diye jin ki mai towako bhi nahi kar sakti... abh is sa barh kar mai aur kia magna chaho gi...hmm
M: Geet phir bhi aur abhi bhi 1 hour is left till your birthday ends...
G: Maan bataye naaa... hum kaha jar rahe hai
Maan just shushed her.
They reached the airport and Maan blindfolded her and picked her up
G: Maan yeh app kia kar rahe hai.. Maaan everyone is looking at us
M: how do u know kay people are looking at us.
G: Obviously Maan its an airport..
M: Darling then keep this in your mind that u are the wife of the richest man in the city and do u think he will come to any ordinary lounge...
They cleared the security checks..
M (continues): no one can see us... as we are in the VIP part of the airport and and I have reserved this part of the airport..
Geet just smiled.
Maan took her in the plane and opened her blind fold and kissed her eyes one by one. And made her sit on his lap
Geet just leaned on him and put her head on his chest...
G: now tell me where r we going?
Maan just grabbed her ring finger and inserted a diamond ring in her finger.. Geet was just admiring it when she felt something in her neck, and then ears...
Maan had bought a diamond set for her..
M: What did u thought that I won't give anything on your birthday
G: its beautiful Maan thankyou so much
M: and Geet we are going for our honeymoon
Geet just downcasted her eyes and hugged him tight.
G: and when are we leaving for London..
M: right after we return... We will stay there until ur education finishes and then we will be back to live with maa and our siblings..is it ok
Geet nodded
The pilot asked them for permission to take off and Maan gave them
Maan made Geet sit on the seat. Geet was getting nervous by this whole takeoff thing. When the plane was taxing and increasing its speed she clutched his hand... Maan felt that they were all sweaty... Maan released her seat belt and made her sit on his lap again. She just ducked her head in the hollow of his neck. Maan kept on caressing her back... but still she was stiff..Maan tilted his head and saw her eyes were wet. Maan put his lips on her... at first she was stunned but then she complied and copied him. The kiss soon turned out to be a passionate one. In this time the plane had took off and had become stable by now...
M:R u okay??
G: (blushing) hmm
M: now you birthday finishes
G:thankyou Maan for this birthday full of surprises and fun. U gave me everything...
M: agar tum kiss ki baat kar rahi ho to... wo mai dubara bhi dai sakta ho abh kal say mai wait kar raha tha... tum nai nahi kia to mainaey socha mai hi initiate kar leta ho
Maan moved towards her again and geet just put her palm on his lips and hugged him
G: Maan this was the best birthday ever. U have fulfilled my every wish... I will not forget this birthday ever.
M: that is what I wanted
And smiled
The journey was fun for them...
After that I leave it to ur imaginations.
