Unknown to both of them there is a well-built man standing at the doorstep, listening jasmeet's reason of refusal...He was wondering what is written in their fate and silently left from there without making his presence obvious.

He moved out from the Handa house and started his car...he went to his house and sat on the swing in the garden...his dadi and siblings will be sleeping...but sleep is far away from his eyes...he started thinking about the incidents happened from morning after dadi's return from handa house...

Few hours before...

Dadi's mood was off and she straightaway went to her room...Anu was annoyed and didn't talk to any one...she sat there flipping TV channels...his brother came to him and asked to come to study as there is something important to discuss...he wanted to be with anu to comfort her but it seems others things are more important...he slowly moved to study leaving anu alone...

When he reached there...his brother was in deep thought...he reached him and patted his shoulder a little...his brother turned and looked at him and said...Bhai dadi se aap baat kijiye ki yeh sab nahi kare... he looked confused...he is not able to understand what his brother is talking about...he said...Tum kis bare mein baat karr rahe ho... His brother started...Bhai dadi meri aur Geet ki shaadi karana chaahti hai... He was stunned...he didn't know that dadi was planning all this...he thumped on the couch that was there...his brother contined...Dadi ko roko bahi...unhone mujhe garv ke naam se baadh diya hain...main kuch nahi kar sakta...main dobara shaadi nahi karna chahta hoon bahi... main naina ko nahi bhul sakta...woh meri saason mein bas chuki hai...meri zindagi mein uske alawa kisi aur ke liye koi jagah nahi hai...main naina ki jagah kisi aur ko apni patni ke roop mein nahi dekh sakta...aisa main soch bhi nahi sakta...main geet ko aise nazar se nahi dekh sakta...nahi bhai mujhe se nahi hoga...geet se rishta baad mein juda woh pehle anu ki saheli hai aur maine usse anu se kam kabhi nahi samjha...aap plz daadi ko samjhao...woh jo karne jaa rahi hai...woh galat hai...garv ke liye hum sab hain bhai...daadi hai, maa hai, aap hai,main hoon hum sab haina bhai...phir kyun daadi itna zid kar rahi hai...plz bahi kuch karo...geet ka zindagi barbaad hojayega...naina mujhe kabhi bhi maaf nahi karegi hai...maine naina se nazare nahi mila paaonga...and he stopped and looked at his brother with tears...

He slowly got up and assured his brother that he will talk to their dadi...To distract him he reminded about the next day meeting and asked him to go through the files once again and left from there.

He slowly started descending the steps...he heard raised voice of anu arguing with dadima...he never heard anu arguing with dadima...he wondered what made her to raise her voice in front of dadima...

Anu askd her dadi... Kyun dadi...aap ko garv ke alava koi kyun nahi nazar aa raha hai...koi khush nahi hai aap ke iss baat se...na bhai na jasmeet aunty...na hi geet aur main...phir kyun itni zid kar rahi hai...

Aap kuch nahi jaanti anu...aap abhi choti hai... hum jante hain hum kya karr rahe hain...issi mein sab ki khushi hai...humne bohut zindagi dekhi hai...hum jo karr rahe hain woh galat nahi hain...aur aap ki umar itni nahi hai ki aap hamare faislon ko na kare...Dadi said...

App jhoot bolti hai Dadi ki aap geet se pyaar karthi hai...parwah karte hain...woh pyaar sab dikhawa tha kya dadima...Anu mumbled...and Dadi heard that...

Anu aap bhul rahe hain ki aap apni dadi se baat kar rahe hain...Dadi told in a stern voice...

Nahi hain aap hamari Dadi aap toh koi aur hai...jise grav ke alava koi aur dikhayi nahi deraha hai...Kyun Geet ki chuppi ko aap nahi samajh paa rahi hain dadi...kyun use bebas kar rahe hain dadi...aap jaanti hain ki geet kabhi bhi apni dil ki baat kisi se nahi kehti...phir kyun aap use ek unchahe rishte se baandh rahe hain...agar shaadi hogayi toh...woh kabhi khush nai reh paayegi dadi...garv ke liye woh apni zindagi dedegi lekinapne liye kuch nahi maangegi...

Dadi interrupted and said...issi liye hum jasmeet se geet ke rishte ki baat ki humne...

Aur geet ka kya dadi kya bahi usse apna payenge, apni patni maanenge...nahi dadi kabhi nahi...aap iss tarah undono ki zidagi barbaad kar rahi hai... she could not stay there and turned around to go from there but stopped seeing her older brother and said...inn sab mein aap yeh soch na bhul gayi hai ki shayad she looked straight into his eyes and said...shayad geet ke dil mein koi ho sakta hain...he looked at her nodding his head in a yes like assuring her that he will look in to the matter...she left from there with tears in her eyes

Dadi was shocked at anu's words...kya geet sach mein kisi se pyaar karti hain...kya hum sach mein selfish hogaye hain ki hume garv ke alava kisi aur ke bare mein nahi soch hain...agar yeh sach hai toh jo hum chahte hain uska kya hoga...
