Chapter 29: Mere rang mein rangnewaali

"Did she leave Delhi and me for good?"
How naturally it comes to a person in love to connect himself to the actions of the other person!

This scene in the show was one of those scenes which were like a gulp of breath for the drowning! One which came as a breath of fresh air when things weren't going the way we would have liked. And I personally love this scene because it always brings a sort of relief yet anticipation with it. It felt just the same here in this story, Avi!

Innocence. That was a very major part of the chapter here. Innocence in Megha, innocence in what Geet perceives Megha means to Maan, innocence in what Maan does not figure out from Geet's behaviour and innocence in how his heart finds a hope once again!

The chapter just got better with Geet's feelings surfacing! The time apart from Maan has actually been productive, working its magic without letting Geet know that her heart has begun to fall for Maan, to think of him as hers and when she got back, she could feel the difference in how she saw him! Psst, Maan's lower lip is plumper than the upper one? Now look who's very observant! 😆

I loved the little bit of dominance Maan showed by making her do the tilak and then colouring her face even if it was from her own hands! And the chase just had me grinning. Even if it happened when they were both partially out of senses, it showed what they would be like if they dropped the wall and the inhibitions between them!

Loved the chapter and the perfect song choice! ❤️

Chapter 30: Jiya Dhadak Dhadak

"Nadaan Hai Kitni Woh Kuch Samajhti Hi Nahi
Seene Se Laga Ke Poochti Hai Ke Dharkane Taizz Kyun Hain"
I remember this one too, and it was one of those which made me smile. Love this one! Glad you used it here! ❤️

So so many little moments which made this chapter beautiful! I might not be able to mention all of them here but when I say so many moments, trust me, I am not exaggerating.

Rajdhani wala comment was so damn hilarious as well as cute that I almost laughed at that. What made me blush a bit was the way he had to hold her on his lap for sometime. Must've been torturous for him as well as pleasuring! 😳

Her Shyamlal ki baatein and his jealousy was very enjoyable! And when she started explaining what a girl's dreams are, I was grinning, seeing it all in my head. Intoxicated hi sahi, she indirectly stated what was in her heart. Oh yes, and when she dismissed him after that citing the excuse of him not understanding, it felt like she was miffed at him but she put her head back against his neck, which felt to me like she did it haq se! 😃

And then the "aap mujhe aise mat dekhiye" wala part was quite sensual! It was her innocence mixed with the effects of alcohol but she made him realise what she felt when he looked at her like that! 😳

The part which I really really loved in this one was Maan's control. His choice of kissing her forehead and not her lips while she was unconscious. Truly, a man who loves his woman with all his heart would respect her and keep her before his own desires. Maan made me fall for him all over again with this gesture!

When she woke up and inquired about her whereabouts, like Maan, I too somewhere wished she would remember at least a little bit of the time she has spent with him but alas!

Bournvita reminded me of Sweety. But I'm sure even she wouldn't have the choice of a combination as crazy as Bournvita with pizza! 😆

The song is one which had been a rage in its time and I even admired it. I still do and it was a great choice for this chapter!

Apologies for taking off on you even after I said I would begin catching up. It's just a stressful time at the moment but I hope I'll be able to pick up pace. 😊

Chapter 31: With Or Without You

I have never really been interested in plays but reading the summary you gave of Phantom of the Opera, I will watch it if and when I get a chance.

For this chapter, I don't think I can say a lot. You remember what I told you the first time I read this chapter? Well, that was what still touched my heart this time around and made me almost emotional. I just simply adore the bond these twins share. I can feel it and I have experienced it firsthand, and you know it already.

Sorry Avi, can't really look beyond that bond in this chapter! Will comment in detail for the next one.
