Part-2

Geet

The companion apart from loneliness are my studies, designs, sketches'I am glad that I got the opportunity to study and would be in debt to Maan for allowing me to do so. We both study in the same college, Maan is in his final year and me in first year, though we both work. I am very happy and proud that he is one of the young successful businessmen of the country, king of construction field. He excels in everything and deserves the best and so his love, Sameera. She is a beautiful and charming girl. Though I don't know her personally, I know that she is beautiful from heart too as Maan loves her. As I look at them together, hand in hand and eyes locked, I could only feel that they really make a sizzling couple who are madly in love. Seeing them so close does make me jealous and hurt, but I am happy as he is happy.

Apart from attending my classes, the thing I do is looking at him as now'he is with his friends, well he has a large group of friends, Adi, Arjun, Nisha, pinky, Ridzy, Rizwaan, Varun, Parul'and they define friendship I feel..their pranks, fights, celebrations, studies, masti along with their good hearts and humble nature makes them the light of college. With them, I see a different Maan, a person who smiles, laughs, enjoys, and with Sam, a Maan who is calm, serene, caring and loving, but one thing that does eat me up is why Sam never joins his group and I feel that even all his frnds doesn't talk much with her. Before I could dwell on it more, the bell goes reminding of my next class or more precisely my first presentation this year.

I feel that more than my project presentation, everyone is interested in my appearance'.

Girl: Hey look there'here comes the behenji of the college in her typical salwar kameez with hair in a tight oily plait..so gross how did they gave her admission here

Another one: doesn't she have even the idea of presenting herself too. I wonder how gross her presentation will be when she herself is like this.

Before they continue it, the professor came and I sighed in relief.

As always, I ignored them and made my way to my place at the end of the class, but that hurt never leaves me. I was never able to make any friends here as they don't feel me fit to be one, I just don't match their status and class. At first, I was very sad as I was seen just when they had nothing for entertaining themselves and I was even scared whenever a boy passes a nasty comment and enjoying my state, but eventually I got used to it.

I guess it's a lucky day for me as I no longer need to do presentation in front of everyone, but just in the presence of professor as the ongoing elections and its chaos don't leave us with any peace around us. I hope that he at least likes it. It's a project of our dream room and am very happy to put my long last dream into picture.

On other side of the college

A fight caught up after the results of election declaring a draw. Maan and Raghav are in for president elections. They are both calm, mature and want best for the college. and both are respected and admired by everyone here, though they both hardly talk to each other. I think that has turned things for bad boys like Rahul to put his ideas into action of destroying the image of both the contestants and involving the rival college to make things into a riot without his name anywhere.

But to his bad luck, Maan and Raghav managed everything before things could have taken a drastic diversion to hurt many. They both along with their friends fought them and got them arrested. But amidst everything Rahul managed to escape.

Geet

My presentation really went well reducing my fear and nervousness and filling me with elation, but this happiness didn't last long as I listened to some seniors' talks

Seniors: I was just worried that Maan and Raghav might get injured in this fight..u know those bulls had guns in their hands. I was so afraid, but glad that police came in time.

Just the words "Maan in danger," brought my heart into hands, turning everything blank around me and numb. Thinking something bad happening to Maan in this clash, I made a run towards them with continuous tears, searching frantically around for his one glimpse and finally after 5 minutes of restlessness, which seemed ages for me, I found him in my blurry vision. I so wanted to go to him, hug tightly to myself and ask him whether he is fine or had any injury or got hurt but I didn't know how, but seeing his warm smile while talking to the police officer assured me that he is safe, he is really safe. I saw him to my heart's content till he disappeared with the officer to complete the formalities, which I overheard from his friends talk, and closed my eyes to cherish that glimpse of him, bind him in me forever and ever.

After a while as I making my way out after assuring no one saw me, I was scared and then shocked with the scene before me.

Raghav: Okay guys now everything is under control, so get to your classes

But when Raghav was making his way to the parking after everyone left, their was a roar by the head of those Bulls, Vijay, and 3 more fellows who were trying to hit him with rods and he dodged each of them and hit the hell out of them. What he didn't notice all this time was Vijay was trying to shoot him from behind, but by then I came out of my shock and pulled him aside and the bullet missed us just by a nick of time and he, Raghav, then kicked and punched him hard causing him unconscious leaving us both there with silence

Raghav: Thanks..umm

Geet: OH MY GOD u r bleeding

Without any delay, I dragged him to get First-Aid, and on finding no one there, I started to nurse his wound first by cleaning and then putting cream and bandages wherever necessary while shouting at him for carelessness. At the end of it, I took a sigh of relief as he didn't get any serious injuries.

In all this, Raghav was silently observing Geet and was amused yet liked her seeing the care, cute anger and then happy of him being fine, and as he was going to speak to her, his friends and principal rushed in and that is when Geet realized what she was doing and left from their immediately without any backward glance knowing that he is now safe. But Raghav was watching her retreating figure till disappearing from his view mentally thinking to thank her and yet content with her concern reminding him somewhere of his sister.

Next part will clear most of your doubts about where is Geet staying and of course Maan's pov
