PART - 18


Geet was feeling so restless but she couldnt understand the reason. Both were tired so slept soon. Geet doesnt talk over this issue. She kept her silence and doesnt ask anything from Maan. Neither she showed her frustration nor she asked anything. Next day dadima summoned both for breakfast. For the first time Maan came after Geet or else he is first who sit on a chair. Dadima enquired about party from Geet. She smiled meakly and assured her that she enjoyed alot. Actualy she too wants to told her about Lavanya but Maan's presence stopped her asking. All enjoying their meal when a familiar figure appear. Maan and Dadima turn surprized whereas Geet felt annoyed seeing Lavanya so early at their home. Dadima gave her a warm welcome and hugged her.

'what a pleasent surprize. Aap london se kab aai beta?',Dadima asked humbly and showing her concern for her.

'3 dinn pehle Dadina',she told while gazing Maan only.

'3 days and know you got a time to come here.',Dadima complains.

'sorry dadima but i am waiting for a right time. You know na i want everything perfect in my life. Best position, best assessories, best life partner.',she stretched the last word while staring Maan lustfully.

Geet noticed her every gesture and boiled deep inside.

'to koi mila apko jo best ho?',dadima asked casually.

'ha dadima very soon he is mine',she showing her intentions clearly.

'well i wish you will.aaiye hum apko Geet se milwate hai,Maan's wife',Dadima took her to dinning table.

'Geet se main kal mill chuki hu dadima.kal raat party me.',she had no intrest in talking with her.'hi Maan good morng.',she wished him and adored more.

Maan replied softly with a smile which irritates Geet more and she leave her breakfast in frustration.'Geet finish it first',Maan said bossily,which towered her anger more. As she compare his way of talking with her and Lavanya. Though Maan is concerned for her no doubt,but the fact is right now he behave bossily towards her in front of Lavanya which proves hurting to her.

'ek dinn nai khaungi to marr nai jaungi',she said fussily and left the place in anger.

'dadima iske mood swings to badte hi ja rae hai.ab bina khaye piye kaise chalega.',Maan get tensed for her and complaints to dadima.

Dadima smiles wide.'beta in dino me ye sab normal hai. Better aap iski aadat daal leejiye.and dont worry about her meal.hum hai na unhe behla lenge. Waise b Geet kisi bachhe se kam thodi na hai or ye baat aap b jante hai.',Dadima assured to make him calm. She invite Lavanya for breakfast,which is happily accepted by her. She never missed a chance to spend ttime with him and sit on Geet's chair,next to Maan.

Geet noticed everything from upstaires and fumed badly. Lavanya clealry shows her intentions of taking her place. When they all done Maan moved to their room to collect his acessories. Geet ran inside quickly and sat on her bed. She is in a very bad mood. Maan glance her flushed face,which is made due to her extreame anger,and got that she is not in a mood of talking. So he decided not to touch her right now and leave her for some time. Without saying anything or giving instructions,as he daily do,Maan leave the room with his files. Geet's anger towered and she threw her pillows away in frustration.

Maan came down and about to leave when Lavanya clenched his wrist and stop him.'looks in hurry Maan',she siad huskily.

'ya i have a meeting with some client.',he explains.

'i know you have a meeting with xyz company.',she said confidently gazing in his eyes.

Maan turn surprized how she will got to know about his bussiness secreats.'how will you know that?',he asked suspeciously.

'oh my sweet Maan,you stiil have the same. I know because xyz comany is mine. I started that one two year back. So mr. Perfect aaj apki meeting mere hi sath hai.',she caress her finger on his temple. Maan felt uncomfortable and stopped her. 'so Mr. MSK if you dont mind lets go together,isi bhanae achhe se samjh lenege',she invite herself and Maan accept her proposal.

Both went to KGI in his car. She sat next to him on a back seat and enjoying every bit of their togetherness. His pure male scent made her mad. She wants him,always wants him. But her madness of achiving heights parted her from Maan and she leave him behind to fulfill her dreams. And now when she achived a big name in the world of bussiness she came to him to grab him back in her life. She knew now it become more difficult as he get married to someone esle in meantime. But Lavanya are from those who never give up so easily. She taking a full chance of their togetherness. Maan paying less attention on her gestures as it always be same. Less he aware of her tuue attentions. He only taking her all actions as of old close friend so least he bother about that. Hugging and kissing are normal of them so he dont mind when she do so...

PART - 19

DADIMA is aware of that she hungry. So she made choclate shake and fruit salad for her. She add flinch of salt and some other spices to made it tasty for Geet. She went inside her room followed by Nakul. He placed a try on her bed and leave. Geet still sitting silent making grumy face. Dadima smiles on her childish behaviour.

'i am sorry beta',she said shortly and made her confused.

Geet came in sences hearing her voice.'Dadima aap sorry kyu bol rae ho?',she asked curiously.

'hum apse nai,humare aane wale is nanhe mehmaan se keh rae hai. Ab kya kare kitni b koshish kare par inki mumma humari baat sunti hi nai. Khud to bhuki rehti hai sath me inhe b bhuka rakhti hai.',Dadima start her plan to make her feed. She know very well how to tackle her now.

Geet felt guilty for making baby starving. She placed her palm on her baby bump caress lovingly. Her eyes filled with guilty.'Dadima i am sorry',she apolozise.

'sorry hume nai apne baby se kahiye jinhe aap bina wajh stati hai',Dadima showing fake anger on her.

'i am sorry baby. Aage se aisa nai hoga',Geet said meaky to her baby.'dadima main breakfast karungi.,she confirmed shortly.



'good girl.beta apko pata hona chahiye aap khaiyengi nai to baby pe iska effect padega. Chaliye chhodiye ye sab or khane pe dhyan deejiye. See i have prepared a fruit salad for you. And trust me you gonna love it.',Dadima passed bowl to her and assured of it taste.



Geet take the bowl from her and start eating. Dadima was right she loved the taste and finish it without showing any more tantrums. Dadima relifed too. She sat with her and both start talking. In between Geet asked for Lavanya as she cant stop thinking about her.


'Dadima aap Lavanya ko jante ho?',she asked glancing in her eyes.



'ofcourse beta i knew her. She is very close friend of Maan since school days. Wo or Maan har project sath me karte the isliye aksar wo yaha aya karti thi. Par beta aap kyu puchh rai hai unke bare me',Dadi get suspecious with her gestures. She is trying to read her mind and face.


'aise hi wo kal party me mili thi or aaj ghar pe aai to bas maine puchh lia',Geet lied hiding her true intentions.


Dadi too take it casually only for her. She doesnt want to raised the topic so changed to divert her mind. She involved her in talk relating to coming baby and Geet forget her completely atleast for few hours.


In office Maan read all the papers carefully related to their deal.


'i am impressed Maan. You become a shrewed bussinessman.',she compliments him to divert his attentions towards her.


'banna padta hai. Samne wale pe trust nai kar skte firr chahe wo koi b kyu na ho?',Maan taunts and read all clauses one by one.


'you have changed alot. School me to mere notes copy karte the',she reminds of him that old days of them.


'tum bahut purani baat kar rai ho Lavanya. Now i have moved on from that point.',he said strongly.


After reading it carefully he finaly signed the papers and do the deal. Lavanya is extreamly happy with that. Now she got a full chance of spending time with him. Both shake hands on their new beginning and Lavanya smiled wickedly as it was her first win.


Maan came late at night. Whole day Geet was only thinking about them. She felt peace only when she was with dadima,or else day passing in restless moments. She eat hardly for her baby's sake but there is willigness in her. When Maan came KM he found doc is leaving on the moment. He get worried and ran inside. Dadima was sitting close to Geet and she was laying on bed limply. Maan entred and glance both of them.


'what happned dadima? Maine abi Doc ko jate hue dekha?'he scared for her.


'yai swal hum Geet se b kar rae hai. Subah se dekh rae hai pata nahi kaha khoi hui hai. Apko pata hai kitna high bp aaya hai. Geet almost behosh ho gai thi isiliye humne doc ko ghar bulaya tha. Ab hume to ye kuch bata nai rahi aap hi puchh k dekhiye.',she leave them alone. She knew may be Geet wanna tell him only.


Maan sat besides her and asked softly.'kya baat hai Geet? Pls tell me.


But Geet remain with her silence. She absorbing all her restlessness in her silence. She wont tell anything to him but chage her face to another side. Maan try harder but she wont speak up anything. Maan felt sad as she still not trust him as much so that tell her all of her worries and problems. He change and laid besides her. Geet is suffering but dont showed her anger and frustration to him.



Somewhere Maan is right,he failed to grab her trust. Because she considered his love as a mercy on her. And because of her past deeds she wont be able to asked any que from him. Their relationship is still very weak and need more time to grow up which quite seems difficult in the presence of Lavanya,who daily came KM making false excuse to make Geet jelous and spoil her mind against Maan.

PART - 20

LAVANYA leave no chance of spoiling Geet's mind against Maan. She grab all the moments of hugging and kissing him sply in front of Geet. This all become so much suffocating for Geet. Which dirctly effects on her and baby's health. But Geet never scold Maan which irritates Lavanya. She wants them to querral. One day when she found Geet alone at home,she grab the chance and talk about her intentions openly. She challanged her that she snatch Maan from her.


'ye tumhari galatfahmi hai. Maan doesnt loves you.',Geet said but meakly. There is a lack of confidence in her voice.



'oh realy. Geet jab tum khud hi sure nai ho to mujhe kaise convience karogi?',she said confidently.



'no he wont because if he does then why he agreed to get married to me?',Geet trying to convience more to herself rather than Lavanya.



'listen Geet,today i bet he came back to me. Kisi or ka paap kitne dinn tak dhoyega bechara?',her last line shaken her whole world. How did she knew about this truth.'yai soch rai ho na mujhe kaise pata. Maan himself tell me about this.',she lied to spoiled her mind.



Geet was in turmoil. Her heart doesnt want to belive on her words.'no way. I dont know how you came to know about this,but i have a full trust on Maan. He never tells you that for sure.',Geet glared her.



'fine stay with your trust and fooled yourself',Lavanaya have done her job and left from there.



Geet trashed completely. She weltred and felt disturb. She is worried what if she tells to other about this. It directly effects the name of Khurana's. She worried for Maan and Dadima,rather than herself. Now she was in trauma. Neither she told this to anyone nor she avoid it easily. Thinking thinking and more thinking. Her health suffers alot these days. Due to Lavanya's project even Maan pay little less attention on Geet. Moreover he had a full faith on Dadima,forgetting the fact that she needs him more than anyone. Geet become less talative ten before.


Dadima cant bear her gloominess and subdued behaviour. So she forcily send her to KGI. She belives if they spend some time together it will helps but less she aware what is waiting for her there. Lavanya saw her coming so she rushed to Maan's cabin first. Maan was also very happy on the moment.


'achha hua Lavanya tum aa gai. See what i have in my hand.',he showed one envelop to her.


'what was that Maan?',she take it casually.


'Guess to karo.',he forced her for guessing.



Suddnly a wide smile came on her face.'dont tell me k yahi wahi hai.',she said excitedly.


'exactly ye woi hai. Humara approval letter',Maan said confidently.


'oh Maan i cant tell you how much happy i am today'.



'Maan singh khurana kisi kaam ko hath me le or wo pura na hi aisa to ho hi nahi skta.',he showing his attitude.



'i know i know,thats why i choose you only. You are the best. I love you Maan.' she said and hugged him tightly. The same moemnt Geet opened the dor of his cabin and saw them hugging. She only hears her i love you and taken a whole picture in a wrong way. Maan too gave her a friendly hug but that is more than enough for Geet. She felt disperced and without meeting him left the cabin. Lavanya is happy on her both wins. One she got approval letter secondly she knew Geet saw both like this.


Geet gave his lucnch to a staff and left from there hurridely. She straight went home but in her whole route she only thinking about Lavanya's challange and now her trust is shaken too.


'itna kya soch rai Geet. She is right. Maan is not happy with you. Both love each other. Sirf mujhse kiye promise ki wajhse wo bandhe hue hai. Waise b dadima ne hi kaha tha both like each other's company. Lavanya agar London nahi jati to shyad aaj wo hi Maan ki patni hoti. Us hissab se to main hi dono k bech aa gai hu. Waise bhi dono ki kafe likes or dislikes bhi milte hai. Meri wajhse Maan apni lofe jee nahi paa rahe.',Geet blamed herself for Maan's mesiries. She wants to correct all this to make him happy.
