It was almost two days when diya had been admitted to the hospital.. geet was all the time in the hospital looking after diya who was barely into conscious since it was the first stage of the treatment .. diya was crying a lot she had been cranky and always stayed with maan or geet..maan had given all this time to his baby and wife.. geet would there without any complains and even he had seen her crying silently she would embrace diya at night and would cry..but he was even helpless to let out his tears out..he was too anxious and worried for diya's health and whenever he saw her tears he too breaks down'

Maan and geet were called in the doctor's cabin to discuss something important about diya's health ' there was definitely something wrong with her and geet was feeling like crying but for now she needed a shoulder who could support her .. maan looked at the mother in his wife however strong geet will be but her insides shudder just with the thought that something would happen to diya..

Geet was on the verge of crying when she had heard the nurse saying that she and maan were called by the doctor' Vicky and mom(vani) were there with diya..who was lying in her daadi's lap who was reciting her a story'

Geet : ma' diya will be fine na..

Vani caressed cutie's face and she closed her eyes feeling sleepy .. diya was suffering she throws frequently whatever she eats ..she was getting thinner and paler .. Vicky looked at geet ..he knew that his bhabhi scared and even he was but he made her comfortable'

Vicky: bhabhi don't worry princess is all fine..you know doctor must have called you to ask you to pack as they are going to discharge princess '

Vani : geet beta don't worry you just go .. diya is here .. she is fine '

Maan was in the room also when the doctor had called them ' he looked at his little baby who was coping with difficult circumstances of her life she was being deprived of all those cute moments that she wanted to have with her family..she sometimes cry sobbing to go home' but it was only maan who was able to resist her demands and made her understand'

Maan was going to meet doctor when a soft voice stopped him..his baby girl stopped him..

Diya: dada whel are you going leaving diya ' diya want dada.. dada it hult' she made a face and made him look at the needles pierced in her soft wrist ..maan walked towards her and sat caressing her face he dropped a butterfly kiss on her forehead ' she smiled and giggled'

Diya: dada ticky'

Maan: baby dada will come in some time..you know doctor uncle called mumma dada to talk about diya'

Diya: to complain dada but diya is a good girl and didn't trouble mumma and nulse' haina chachu.. she looked at Vicky who nodded in acceptance'

Maan and geet chuckled ..geet wiped her tear that escaped seeing diya's pain'

Maan took his baby doll in his arms and kissed her cheeks'

Maan: baby when did I sid that diya did any mischieve my baby is a good girl she don't trouble and never bothers anyone'

Diya nodded and maan looked into her eyes..same hazels as his wife but with a slight change in color that she had inherited from him.. she was an angel how come angels don't look unique '

Maan: so baby shall dadda go and meet doctor uncle'

Diya: hmm but come fast diya wants to eat with dadda's hands and sleep with mumma'

Geet walked near her little cherub'she kneeled down and was sitting looking at her baby doll..she dropped two sloppy kisses on her face just like diya liked she claped her hands and return two kisses to her mumma too'

Geet: mumma will come soon and then will tell diya the prince and princess story .. okk shone'

Diya nodded and left her mumma and dadda to go'.

Maan was sitting in front of the doctor and geet was feeling nervous she was looking her confidence the passing second she was having intuition that something was not right.. she looked above and prayed silently to her babai..in an attempt to calm herself she hold his hand which made maan to look at geet..she was definitely not good' but instead of making her calm by assuring her and he knew that it will result in her withdrwl he just let her hand in his and hold her hand softly not letting her know'

The doctor showed some reports too maan and geet'

Geet was not getting anything and moreover she was loosing her patience'

Geet: is everything fine doctor' please tell us that our daughter is fine..she is not having any kind of complication now'

Doctor looked at the worried couple '.

Dr kapoor: mrs khurana I wont lie to you ' but the truth is that this chemo theraphy is not particularly helping your daughter..her tissues are getting damaged with this treatment..diya is a child mr khurana and this theraphy is not suiting her body'

Maan looked at the doctor with wide eyes what was he telling if this wasn't the safest treatment than why did he have to start this procedure and getting his daughter's life at stake'

Maan was engraged ' he was not getting what to think and what to do'.

Maan: what do you mean by this doctor..if this treatment is not making diya fine than why did you have to start it' what are the damages that you have done to my daughter.

His taunt made geet and doctor to look at him..he was not in his senses and this piece of news had definitely made him enragaged and he blasted for the same on the doctor'

Geet hold his hand tightly which stopped him..she was already disturbed and his behavior made her to glare at him and she yelled at him on his frustration'

Geet: maan stop it' please don't create any scene.. its not only doctor's negligence but ours too..so please stop making it difficult for us'.

Maan calmed his raging anger and looked at doctor'

Maan: please tell us what we should do doctor' we cant loose our daughter' is there any other treatment which can treat her well..and please doctor be precise with the harms and outcomes this time'

Doctor: I told you mr khurana about the umbilical cord transplant ..and I would tell you to plan the baby as soon as possible .

Geet knew this would be coming'

Geet: till than diya will be doctor her disease will be controlled by the medicines' I don't want my daughter to be hurt'

Doctor: we will make her condition stable mrs khurana but right now radiation theraphy is not for her..we are stopping that treatment '.

Geet and maan were discussing the case with the doctor when the nurse came to his cabin'

Nurse: doctor come fast baby diya ha fainted after throwing up'
