First of all congratulations on a brand new tread.

Now for the chapter.

I love this idli sambar and sarson ka saag combo Adi and Pinky.😆

I could clearly picturize a total conservative Adi, who is henpecked by his to be Punjabi wife Pinky.

I always love phone conversations that are written the way you have written them. It gives the reader a chance to guess what the conversation on the other side of the phone was, or what the tone of the voice may have been. It makes the whole dialogue a lot more interesting.😃

All of us growing up in India, have seen the divide between North and South. In fact I remember in Goa, everybody who crossed the western ghats and entered Goa was called a Ghat(and it was not meant in a nice way) My aai is a Goan, so she was fine, but my baba was obviously an outsider so a ghati and we kids were considered mixed breed and on the fence.😆

I guess it was good in a way, coz it thought us to be tolerant towards other cultures.

So I can only imagine what that lady you met on the plane must be facing. It is not an easy situation for her and my aai can vouch for that. There was a lot of opposition when she wanted to marry my baba. But thank god they persevered and got married or there would be no me. Can you imagine the horror?😲😆

Anway, loved the introduction of Adi and Pinky. So I'm wondering what Maan saw or overheard that made him sad on the farewell party day.

Ok, so I am slightly confused here. So, Maan was sad on the farewell party day, then he heard something from Pinky on the phone while in London and he was happy and excited to come back to India, and now he is sad again after seeing Geet with Dev and misunderstanding(the idiot)

Is that the correct sequence, or did I miss something.😕

As for Pinky's cousin, Sujal, I completely agree with his thought process. If Pinky is going to enter Adi's house under strong opposition than he better be a strong man and at her back 100%, or there's definitely going to be trouble. So far I like Sujal and am wondering if his role is limited to being Pinky's cousin or does he have more of a role to play😃

Now waiting to read about Dev - Tara and Pari.

And who is the dentist?

P.S I call the downward dog the hang loose pose. Cause everything south of my head is hanging .🤣
