When Geet saw this letter she starts crying non-stop.Maan rushed home. When he saw the letter he also felt bad but he didn't show it off. He consoles Geet that this is normal and he would get used to it in a few days.but Geet is not convinced, she wants to go and see him.Maan tells her that he too felt like that in the beginning and there's nothing to worry. If they go and meet him now he will insist that they take him with them and that would spoil his studies. All this is b'coz of Geet's pampering and that she should stop this right now. He is big enough to take care of himself, he doesn't need her now, he is in high school now.

Par maa ke liye toh kabhi apna bachcha bada bahi hotha, haina?

Geet is still worried.

Maan promises to take her to Dehradun that weekend.

But Maan went to Lucknow and didn't return that weekend.

Though Maan had a lot of work he was also worried about Ved.

So he himself drove to see him.

Maan climbs dow the stairs not knowing what to do...

He just reaches the parking and wanted to get out ...

Just get far far away from here, he would feel better after a long drive...

But he had not taken the keys with him...

So he decides to roam the garden instead...

Security comes running with his torch and is surprised to see Maan there...

How he enjoyed threatening her and how she believed all those fake stories he created to blackmail her to do his work...

But never a day she complained about him to anyone, not even to her best friend Annie...

How she helped him always whenever he got into trouble...

And how they longed to see each other when they were away from each other...

But now they are always together and still they feel like strangers...

What went wrong in the middle?

Maan shared everything with Geet in the past...

He wanted to tell her everything, he wanted her to know evrery tiny matter...

He had shared his dreams with her and they have lived his dream together...

She too kept sharing her mind with him...

Relied on him always, whenever she got a problem she came to him for help, and she strongly believed that Maan has the solution for all her problems...

For her Maan was the backup support system and he never failed her expectations...

He was there for her anytime and so she never felt alone...

They have become this huge indviduals at the cost of their love and affection that always prevailed supreme over their stupid egos all these days...

The problem is that Maan has ignored her totally...

He had started looking at her as a typical wife and mother and not as his good companion whom he relied upon all these days...

He realised his mistake and decides to rectify it...

He can remember those days when Geet had so much faith in him that she was least bothered when Ranno was dead against their relationship and Geet knew that with Maan by her side she could easily convince her mother...she always knew Maan was there for her, he does his best to keep her happy, and it has become an obsession for him to give the best for her, for there is always Sam and Annie to compare with and their hubbies are from wealthy families and have a strong background...

Even though Geet is never greedy and is so proud of their achievements Maan keeps trying harder and harder for he is not satisfied with himself and he knows he is capable of more and Geet deserves all the luxury that her sister has, Geet rejected all those luxury for a lif with Maan and Maan wants to reward her with his hardwork...

But what Maan failed to understand is that Geet is more than happy with what they have and for she only wanted her old loving Maan back...she wants that Maan who was madly in love with her and almost ready to take her away from her family at any cost...he won over her family with his undettered love her and his commitment to keep her happy forever...

After pondering over their mistakes Maan returns to his Geet...

It's been a couple of hours since he left and Geet had been lying there crying like a baby lost from it's parents ...

As she hears the door open she tries to wipe her tears for she doesn't want Maan to feel bad and she pretends to be sleeping...

Maan comes and lies beside her...

He knows that she had been crying as always...

Magar Geet ab chahe Ved ki maa bhi banjaaye, ya phir kissi ki bua aur chahci, par Maan ke liye toh abhi bhi Geet waise hi hai jaise 30 saal pehle thi, boli bali har baat ko lekhe darnewali darfok Geet, ussko har katam pe Maan ke saath ki zarooart padthi hai, she is used to walking along with him holding his fingers for support, and never wanted to walk on her own...

Though Maan pushed her hard to stand on her own and get stronger as he wants her to be independent not always looking for his help Geet likes to be like this only, she is strong enough to stand up for herself when required but she likes Maan alongside her always...

It's always better to have someone behind you ready to support you when you stumble...haina?

And it's all Maan's fault for he had spolit her with all the love and care that she got used to it now...

Aur ab achnak Maan sab chodtha toh Geet kaise jiyegi?

Maan turns and looks at her...

She is facing the other side showing her back to him...

She didn't want him to see her crying...

Maan keeps staring her back...

His piercing look tear Geet apart and she knows that her Maan is also going thru the same feelings...

As much as Geet can't stay away from her Maan, maan too is not used to this distance...

Both know that this is a hard time for them and they should stay together against all odds...

Geet waits for Maan to react...aleast he should shout at her madly, ger angry with her or she is even ready for a tappad...tappad se dar nehi lagtha Maan babu par aapke kamoshi se bahut dar lagtha hai...aaise kuch nahi kehtha toh Geet ussko chodne wali nahi...she decides to ask him where he was all this time? Aaise waqt pe koi ghar codkke jaatha hai kya? Mujhe jawaab chahiye, aap aaise apne mann mani karthe rahoge aur mein chup beittoon? Nahi Maan, apne mujhe aaise chup rehne nahi sikhaya haina? Aap apni sherni ko ladna sikaya haina? Chahe aap ke saath ho ya kissi aur ke saath, mein apne haq ke liye zaroor ladhoongi...

Lekhin Maan just couldn't stay silent...

Ussko bhi Geet se baat nahi karthe hue achcha nahi lagtha...

Geet turns around in a jiffy and is about to say something...

But Maan closes her mouth with his fingers...

Maan: chup...bilkul chup...

Geet looks into his eyes...

They are also wet...

Tears run down her eyes ...

Maan wipes of her tears...

Maan Geet ko apne paas bhulatha...

Geet gets a little closer and Maan puts his hands around her waist and pulls her closer...

He hugs her tight and kisses her forehead...

Geet looks at him and smiles...

Maan yahi muskurahat ko dekhna chahtha tha...

Ab Maan chain se so saktha...aur Geet bhi yahi chahathi thi,Maan ke bahon mein hamesha thoda jagah chahathi thi apbe liye, ab toh Geet ki sare pareshaaniyan dhoor bhaaggaye...

Maan: sojao Geet, tumme aaram karna hai, mujhe patha hai ki aajkal tum teek se sothi hi nahi

Geet makes herself comfortable under his clutches and closes her eyes...

Both of them forget what happened and fall asleep...
