Why are you connfused in first chap geet is thingking about past starting days of her marriage... than some past which continued in 2nd chap after this story come in present again in chap 2 where maan and geet is loving each other making love which is not first time as geet told to her tap that how passionate maan is... after this story is moving in present only.

Write now there marriage is 6 month old (first 3 month maan didnt except geet but after slap incident he starts to take this relation serously and in last 3 month there love reached on peak because of geet jolly nature and maan hunger for love after kajal.. maan didnt told her about past as sometime he forget sometime geet stopped him) and kajal died 7 month ago, where maan and kajal made love 8 month ago.

I think now everything is clear.
