Today ,i felt both d above thots were for me,strangely i cud relate wid them.Not that i m unhappily married but sometimes life's monotny do give me a gloom.And d enemies cud be found in ur best friends,unexpedly.

The name 'Bulani' was inspired from the movie 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu' - not by any particular character but by the whole high society adult set in the movie. I thought they were a hilariously realistic bunch 😆 I can't think of my Mr Bulani without picturing Boman Irani's from the movie.

I read the second part again while imagining that it was Geet to see how you felt when you read it and...yeah, it makes for an interesting (and slightly hostile) read, lol.

The best thing of going out on a holiday is...you have lots to catch up when you're back. I have read three chapters at once (Wooh wooh wooh) and hence I can't complain about the size.

The hair gel scene had really taken me off by surprise. After reading their first meeting, I began to think that they might have thought they were in love and rushed into marriage only to regret later. However, this scene showed that they were in love after all.

Right from the start of this fic, in fact the very first part had kept me thinking.


He had done it all for her and he used to believe that he would do it again in a heartbeat.

He used to believe a lot of things.

Nowadays, he couldn't quite think of his wife's name without that little bit of bitterness and frustration poisoning his thoughts. She had grown tiresome to him and everything about their pairing felt stale and ugly.

These lines then had kept my grey cells overworking. My only question from the start was : Does the indifference had a reason? Or is it a natural process?

The bold lines however make me believe that there was a reason...

Anyway this is an infinite loop. I feel like a broken record mentioning the same thing in every comment. Never mind me.

Heer and her story seems intriguing. And on a lighter note, I love Heer Heer song from Jab tak hain jaan. Though I hardly understand the bits and pieces of the song, it tugs my heart and I have wet eyes.

I have to mention something. I love your writing style. I love the brevity you show. You don't describe the surroundings, you don't waste too many words in showing what the characters think...yet every emotion of the characters is conveyed properly. Keep up the good work. :)

Not a broken record at all. Those are key questions to the story and I'd love to hear your personal ideas about them. I could give you my answer but your answer - or the answer of any of the readers - is just as valid. I will of course eventually tell you what I think happened with Geet and Maan but I think it's a really interesting point to think about with relationships in general.

I'm glad Heer is making you curious. Her part here was my favourite. I was determined to not like any of the songs from that movie but then I heard Heer and fell in love with the sadness it made me feel. Also found out the story of Mirza-Sahiban because of it. It's a very interesting tale.

Thank you so much. I was recently wondering whether what I write is too vague and only makes sense in my head and not to you all. I'm glad that's not entirely the case (I hope, lol). I am a fan of the subtle. :)

I would love to get into debate about the disclaimers a relationship would come up with. Rofl. I am curious why were you determined not to like any of the songs. Well, frankly I didn't wish to get curious about the movie or the songs either but I heard the song by chance and fell in love with it. It is hard not to fall in love with it. I have googled and read Mirza sahiban story after your reply. What can be more tragic than knowing that you yourself are somewhere responsible for the demise of your beloved?

No yaar I always loved stories which are not too descriptive yet could convey a million thoughts and would leave you with a pinch in your heart. In fact I got inspired after reading this and tried something myself with brevity.😆
