LUV : Dr.geet why are you doing this leave me I want to play with shruti….. he said pouting making a baby angry face…….

Geet looked at luv from the corner of her eyes and dear luv was drooling at shruti who was peacefully playing with her dolls….

Geet st: boys can never change hey babaji..kya hoga iska..she said looking at luv…..

Suddenly a voice said….

Maan: pyaar…….

A sudden husky voice came in her ears…for a moment she was in a dazed state…..her hands turned cold….maan smirked seeing his effect on his geetika…there luv seeing his doctor lost in her own very carefully tried to get out of her grip but geet was enough in her conscious to see what that tiny toddler was trying to do…..

She came from his trance….and maan came towards shruti who was so lost in her dolls…that failed to notice someone was seeing her intendly…..shruti was a heart patient…she was having two holes in her heart and operation is needed …one operation is done but still there were some complications that made her almost lifeless….and maan was here to operate on her …..not knowing that what relation the little girl shares with his geetika…..

After checking luv geet left him…he was more than happy to be free to play with shruti…..

Geet came near him…. And looked at him…he was looking at shruti….geet failed to notice that maan was actually observing the little girl's actions….. her each and every gesture was making him to talk to her parents….

When geet came towards her and pulled her on her lap…..

Geet: shruti ….come we will have something…..shruti partially ignored her …..

Geet again tried but no effect maan was now observing geet practically making shruti to come with her …

Geet: shruti ..baby see this time your geetu will not eat alone …and see luv will be there…..he made a baby face and asked sorry from her little angel…..

Geet: sorry shruti……

Shruti looked at geet with tear filled eyes….

She immediately hugged geetu sobbing loudly……

Shruti: geetu…geetu…mumma….shuti ( shruti) ko mumma chahiye…..

Geet: haa…baby ..shruti mumma ke paas jayegi…but pehle meri baby will eat lunch…..haina luv…..she asked shruti's friend….

Luv came and cutely wiped shruti's tears….

Their lunch came…till now maan was just silently observing all the commotion…trying to gain what is going on here…..geet feed both the kids…and then fed them their medicines……..she was patting them to sleep…when shruti pulled her hand….

Shruti: bua..shruti ko darr lagta hai….. shruti wants to be with you…..

Geet was also having tears seeing her little niece almost on death bed… she lightly kissed her forehead…. Within two months their life has turned upside down..she lost her brother and her sister in law was in coma….. somehow shruti was saved but now she is also suffering……

Geet was about to go…when a senior doctor came…..she was most the experienced in her field…..and friendly at times…..Dr. Naina kashyap……she was a moral support for geet when she needed that most…..

She stopped geet…and formally introduced her to maan….

Naina: Dr geet meet Dr MAAN SINGH KHURANA ….. he is the famous cardiologist….he is going to operate on shruti…. And now will be working in this branch of SANJEEVANi…..

Geet was shocked to know that maan will be one who can make her little doll allright….. tears again gathered in her eyes….but before they could fall…maan handled the situation with care….

Maan: thank you DR KASHYAP…… for this warm welcome…..

Geet: Nice to meet you DR KHURANA….she was about to go when DR naina told her to discuss shruti's case with MAAN…..

Geet was a bit reluctant….but now he is her niece savior….and she had heard a lot about him….. although he is been only for four years in this field….but his dedication towards his work speaks more than anything….

She slightly nodded and maan went after telling her to meet In his cabin……

Here geet was totally in dilemma what if maan gain will ask her about shruti…but being professional she has to cope up with the situation…..

Geet: can I come Dr.Khurana…..

Maan raised his eyebrow…. Listening to her formal attitude…..well not to say…he loved her professional approach towards the situations…. Maan asked her to take the take….he was pretending to read shruti's case file…but whom he was kidding he already knew every single word written there……so actually he was actually looking at his geetika…. She was seeming tensed that was actually purely her……and here the case and her tension is for her niece……he was actually mesmerized seeing the cute bond between the two…..

Maan broke the thick air of silence……

Maan: shruti is under depression…….geet was looking at him which her questioning gaze……

Maan understanding her tension and confusion tried to clear the beans….

Maan: I will meet shruti and you will get to know geetika…..

He said geetika in order to further her …which actually worked……

Geet: as you say Mr. maan singh khurana giving him glares……for the moment she forgot that he is actually a senior doctor…..
