Finally the day Maan leaving for states has come…. For the past one week they both didn't contact each other… for both it was like hell…Many time he tried to dial her number but he stopped himself…. She also tried to call him but her guilt stopped her to proceed…
Maan was getting ready to leave…. But she excused himself and went to see geet….She is still inside her room crying….he opened the door and saw geet crying.. he could not take any more… so pulled her from the bed and hugged her tightly…. She got shocked with sudden closeness….she was numb for few minutes then she gave herself and hugged him back….both were in their embrace for few minutes…seeing her responding her broke the hug and kissed her both eyes….she closed her eyes feeling his lips….He wiped her tears with his finger… she opened her eyes to see him having tears she also wiped them off….and hugged him back….their closeness was disturbed when maan mobile was ringing…. He broke the hug and looked at geet for last time and left the room…. She felt something when he hugged her…. she felt she was in heaven…. She sat down on the bed and started to cry again thinking about maan is leaving….
After few hours, Everyone went to airport to give send off to maan…Geet was there but she was quietly sitting not talking with anyone….Maan was also formal with all not talking much… they both didn't look at each other..Both felt something different after their close hug but scared to look at each other…
Geet's dad came to maan…
"I am so happy maan… I wish you all the best and fulfill all your dreams and come back successfully…"
"Thank you uncle… thanks for everything..." he hugged him……
They broke the hug and geet's dad wanted to ask him about geet… so he started the topic...
"Maan aren't you going to say bye to geet…"
He pointed towards geet and maan looked at her…. he can sense that she is really sad and hurt….but he is not having the courage to face her… if he did then he might end up canceling his flight…
"No uncle I can't…..I can't face her…"
Saying this he went to meet his friends…..but his eyes were on only geet…but looking at her he can sense that she was not herself…she was silent…totally silent…. This made his heart more hurt …but he has no choice…..he made his decisions….. So he remained silent….
There was the final call, so he bid adieu to everyone… but his eyes were still on geet… waiting for her to see him…
"Geet…please see me once… I can't go like this… my heart is paining geet… please for once just turn…. If you turn and see it will bring all success to my life… and my love towards you will make you realize it….please geet…."
He started to move saying bye to all…..but his heart still waiting for his geet to see him….he became sad realizing that she won't….when he was about to turn he felt something….. quickly he turned to see geet looking at him… with tear filled eyes….She wipe her tears with her hands and waved maan bye…having a small smile on her lips…. Maan could sense that she is hurt…he also don't want to leave her…but he has no choice…he just kept looking at her… tears formed his eyes… immense pain in both their hearts is shown through their tears…..after walking few steps maan could not see the tears in her eyes….so he turned and started to walk with long steps and went inside…. Geet was totally broke down… fresh tears started to form her eyes…. She was feeling miserable….
"Maan is gone…"
Only this was going through her mind…. Her dad managed to take her home…but he was not able to convince her….she went inside her room and locked herself… she was confused with her feelings… these new feelings developed in her for maan is becoming strong mainly after their hug it became more stronger….she was trying her level best to fight with these feelings but when she saw maan going her heart started to cry…
She thought the day when maan proposed to her…. even she rejected him… he understood her situation so he didn't even ask her why she rejected….till now in every situation he was very supportive…. He never made her feel sad… he always made her smile… whenever she used to hurt him he just give his smile and forgive her easily….he was such a gem… no one can get such a friend…. He is priceless…but she never believed in love….she always thinks it is a stupid commitment…so when maan proposed to her, she could not digest the fact….
May be she covered herself in the fake rejection…..
May be she covered her heart saying no….
May be she couldn't face the reality….
May be she is love with him….
Her mind conquered with these thoughts…..she was fighting with these new feelings….
"Do I love him?"
She kept questioning her mind….but answer was only against her character….. i.e. YES…"Yes I love him…I cannot run from the fact…Yes I love him…."
She is now clear about her feelings…but something is stopping her to say this to maan….yes the guilt that she has is stopping her…This guilty conscious is killing her….so she decided to not to tell her feelings to maan…her only way to show her love is not telling her love to him… he decided to work hard…
"Let him work hard and full fill his dreams… I can't say my love…never in my life…"
She decided herself….
It has been 10 years…. She got up early in the morning and started to get ready to go for work….she brushed her teeth and took bath…came down…. She went inside the pooja room and started to pray….
"God… today I looking forward for this new project to succeed because then only I can get money… enough money for my dad's treatment… that's it god nothing else I wanted…."
She locked her house and started her scooty…. She drove to the hospital… she went inside a room… her dad was lying there lifelessly….
"Hi dad…. How are you feeling now…? Today I am waiting for this project to be success then I can get enough money for your treatment…. Waiting for you get up dad… I am totally alone now…."
Tears started to form in her eyes…she sat beside her dad and took his hands in hers….
"Dad…I am sorry making you go through this pain…..it was all my fault….I should have said yes to you that time….but what can I do I was selfish with my own feelings and forgot to take care of you…I am not a good daughter dad… you were always supportive in every step….but I failed to be a good friend … failed to be a good daughter…..I am sorry dad… I am sorry…."
