okay I am so confused is Sanjh the same person who was Maan and Shiv's friend?

Geet doesn't know that who were her sister's friend as she never told her their name...does that mean the separation and more fighting between geet and Maan as she will learn the truth about her sister's friends..please clear my confusion of being whether Sanjh is same person or not...
