Maan : huh hav to bear her every day from now onward..can't do what ever I want in my room (sitting cross legged on his side Maan mumbles wearing his shirt) how can I sleep without shirt when she is here (he glares Geet with this)

Geet : U said some thing (she turns toward him )

Maan : Me !! How dare I. (emphasizing ''me'' he said lik this was a big jolt for him)

Geet : No u said some thing Maan (she also got up and sat next to him)

Maan: I can't say any thing to any one these days even in future too coz this right has been snatched from me.Miss Handa..oops Mrs Khuraana.So don wanna talk on this matter.good nite (shrugged his shoulders and dropped himself on bed)

Geet : What do u mean I m responsible for this...One more thing Mr. Khuraana I don care u ask me Mrs Khuraana or Miss Handa.Why I m here reason u know (she yelled near to his ear)

She was facing Maan's back.So Maan's face expressions were not clear to her.Without looking back he put his arm around her neck and pulls her near to himself.Geet she was almost on him.Tried to free herself but Maan's grip on her was much strong.

Geet : What u r doing Maan leave me I m feeling suffocated (irritated she said)

Maan: That why I m saying don mess with me .Let me sleep (he said and loosened his grip from her)

Geet : Even I don want to talk ...huh (turning her face to other side she said)

A chirp of smile came at corners of Maan's lips.What kinda girl she was.Lil bully bit innocent but intelligent and sincere.He nodded his head and closes his eyes .

Maan never wore shirt at nite time in room.So it was quite uneasy for him.Tossing and turning he was still awake.Even his continuous movement disturbed Geet too

Geet : Maan why r u not letting me sleep (turning side toward Maan she said )

Maan: Tum so jayo.By the way I said nothing now !! 😡

Geet : U said nothing but u r changing side again and again .Kabhi apni legs rub kar rahe hai mattress per.its not letting me sleep .U hav an problem(looking in his eyes..there was lil worry in her voice now.)

Maan : Actually I can't sleep in shirt .I m not used to it ( he said hesitatingly waiting for her reaction )

Geet : What ? hey babaji kya hoga inka (she slide herself up to sitting position)

Maan : Tumne reason pusha maine bata diya .Problem to problem hai (he also sat next to her folding his arms)

Geet :Utaar dejiye...mujhe bhi sona hai (irritatingly she said)

Maan : Utaar du ? (looking at her through his big broad eyes he asked innocently )

Geet : Maan maine aisa kya kaha jo apko samjh nahi aaya I said utaar deijiye

Maan: Nahi tumne kaha utaar du .Tumko sona hai. whats link in my shirt and ur sleep.Kya tum bhi apne room main without (he gulped words coming to his lips)

Geet : R u made Maan...I can understand what u said.

Maan: Geet why r u so hyper ? I said some thing wrong .Every body has private life.If u hav no prob with me .I also hav no problem with u.Mujhe laga k tumko bhi (he said easily shrugging shoulders)

Geet : Really too much Maan.Ek ladki se kaise baat karni hai apko pata nahi.Waise mujhe kapde utaarne ka koi shonk nai . (pulling his collar she warned her) sudhar jaa-ea

Maan : Sudhar ja-u...waise what's wrong in me that u r saying this (putting her hand down from collar he said)

Geet : Maan if u feel uncomfortable u can remove ur shirt . I hav no problem Waise bhi jab aap formals main nahi hote atleast three four buttons to apke open he hote hai...so every one is used to c almost shirtless.

Maan : Oh it means u observe me quite closely.It means I m also speical to u with Rehaan and Daddi Maa .Haina Geet (mischievously Maan waited for her reaction) 'Bollo Geet'

Geet : Ya u r special. ( this was kinda an emotional outburst for her and but why she claimed this now even she couldn't understand )

Maan : Really but why ?What u think about me (removing his shirt Maan waited for her answer)

Geet : Maan apke in binna sir payr(feet) ki baton k liye mere pass time nahi.Mujhe kids ko school bhi bhejna hai and even I m missing office from days.So I hav to go this morning .Let me sleep (avoiding him she made herself lay on bed )

Maan : Geet m waiting ur answer. (he forcibly grabbed her from both shoulders and was almost on her )

Geet : Maan what's wrong with u.U always do what ever u want. Kush time pehle u were not ready to allow me in this room .Now u r forcing me to accept that u r special for me.U need to giv me answer first. (frustrated Geet jerked Maan with her hands which were not in his grip)

Maan : Wo Geet (loosened grip and he was searching words)

Geet : U hav no answer Maan I know.There r things which having no reasons.So leave it and try to sleep

Maan : Hu

Maan at last came out of his unexpected outburst and made himself lay on other side .His back was facing Geet .But now Geet was not able to sleep.After some time she found Maan shivering in sleep with low temperature of AC having no blanket on him.She covered him .He became normal . Brushed his hair .Lil smile came to her lips.

Next Morning

It was about 7 when Geet got up.Maan was not in bed.She knew he may b busy with his exercise.So Geet freshen up and went in kitchen .Nakul saw her busy with cutting mushroom he came to her

Nakul : Geet Didi I ll do all this.Aap ki to kal he shaddi hue hai.So u should spend time with Maan Sir and kids

Geet : Nakul bhayia .Main yahan nahi hu kya ..or to u and this family.(keeping her concentration in cutting she said)

Nakul : Nahi Didi main to wiase he keh raha tha

Geet : Bhayia..I hav cut mushrooms capsicum and onion 4 omelette and pasta.Ready to tabhi karegay jab breakfast serve karna hai. Maan aate he hongay yeh black coffee room main le jaa-ea.Untill main bacho ko dekh lu (she had no problem with daily routine of every member which Nakul knew.Smile came to his expressionless face and he moved out with coffee)

In Kids room

Both kids were sleeping hugging each other.When Geet saw this tears came to her eyes.But suddenly she held her head tightly with hand and rushed out of room.She knew she was going to b in fit so she ran toward her room it could scare kids

Geet : Maa ...Maa mujhe bacha lo (she was in half way when fit came before she fell Maan cradled her from back in his arms)

Maan : Geet hosh main aayo (he turned her face toward himself)

Geet : Maan Maan sirf ek baar...(not able to speak what she wanna say next ..she stabbed her nails in shirtless Maan's biceps with full force under effect of fit and it started to bleed)

Maan : Geet kya ek baar bola...what u want (without caring his own condition he hugged Geet.But she became unconscious and Maan lifted her in his arms and rushed to his room )

Nakul and Mohan also witnessed all .But Maan strictly warned them not to tell kids and Daddi Maa.Before Dr came Geet was out of fit.Coz her fit remained for 5 to 10 minutes Due to this fit there was lot of stiffness in her body and veins .

Maan : Geet u need rest.I ll make excuse to Daddi and kids that u hav sprain in ur ankle so u r not able to walk easily.I hav called Nakul's sister .Wo bacho ko ready kar degi (sitting next to her on bed he said bruising her hair)

Geet : I m fine Maan..Pata nahi kya ho jaata hai.I know kids ll feel bad not to find me.Main jaati hu .(when she tried to get up.She observed bandage on Maan's biceps ) Maan I know this is due to me I m sorry.maine yeh intentionally nahi kiya (tears rolled down to her checks)

Maan : When I said u did this intentionally.Geet any one can hav problem.Uska ilaaz bhi ho sakta hai.Tumhara treatment chal raha hai.Don worry u gonna b fine (he wiped her tears ..cupped her face )

Geet : Pata nahi mere dukh ka ilaaz hai ya nahi.But I know it is affecting every one related to me.Pehle Maa Papa aur Mannat thay.Now it gonna affect U Rehaan and Daddi Maa .U ll hav to bear me (at last Geet burst hugged Maan tightly)

Why she thinks so.When he never thought lik this.Always avoid her for other reasons. Not due to her problem.But now this was his moral responsibly to make her realize she was as important for this family as she was for her parents.

Maan : Geet plz don blame ur self.I u gonaa affect that is in positive way.Think about ur importance in every one's life who loves u. Okey.U wanna go outside.U can join kids and Daddi Maa on table but not in kitchen.U r weak.Let me take bath.Fir chalte hai (petted her cheek and got up)

It was about 8 :15 when Maan came out of washroom.But Geet was not on bed.His cloths and every thing which he needs in daily routine was on bed

Maan : Why she is like such .She never cares about herself ? thinking this Maan nodded his head) too much stubborn

One breakfast table

Daddi and kids were waiting for him

Maan : Good Morning Daddi Maa..Good morning kids...where s Geet (not finding her he said)

Daddi : She is in kitchen .Pata nahi kyo she is not looking well Humne unse kaha aap rehne dejiye servants kar lengay but u know her (sighs)

Rehaan : Good Morning Papa

But Mannat not responded.She was busy with her omelette.Maan felt bad with her ignorance with her silence toward him.Which Daddi also observed sadness in Maan's eyes cleared that it hurt him

Daddi : Mannat Papa said Good Morning to u Beta..say good morning to him.Be a good girl (she petted Mannat's back)

Mannat : Hum unko he good morning kehte hai jo Mannat se love karte hai.He not loves me.He is not my Papa (she said in sad tone putting her face down)

Maan : Mannat who said I don lov u.I lov u lik Rehaan (he hd lump in his throat saying this)

Maanat : Mannat don talk to liars .And u r a liar Maan uncle (she left her breakfast and left the table)

Geet observed every thing .First time she was feeling bad for Maan with Mannat's behavior. She knew if Maan don lov her.He never said wrong to her also.Maan and Geet both looked in each other's eyes.Just emptiness and an unknown guilt feeling was there which Geet found in is eyes.

Geet : I m sorry Maan.She is not ready to accept that she has to stay here.COz she loves Maa Papa alot aur suddenly unse judda hona pada.so she is upset

Maan : No need to giv explanations Geet.I can understand her.She is too young to accept things easily.But don worry let her take own time.(he tried to make Geet normal)

Daddi : Geet Mannat ne theek se breakfast nahi kiya..unko khilla deljiye lunch tak wo bhookhi rahegi nahi to

Geet : Ji Daddi Maa

Every thing was fine for Khuraanas and Handas after this marriage. But the only thing which was not fine before and after that was Maan and Mannat's relation.Which was getting worse more and more.Mannat was not ready to accept this fact that she had to stay here for ever and her past bad experience with Maan who not allowed her to call Papa

Geet took breakfast plate to sitting area where Mannat was busy with her books.

Mannat : Humko breakfast nahi karna.U r also liar momi (without giving much attention to Geet she said)

Geet : Momi is a liar how can u say this to me baby (sitting next to her she said )

Mannat : Becoz u r friend with Maan Uncle now .Who is a liar. Rehaan is also liar.Usne humse jhoot bola tha k Mannat ko Papa milegay.But I hav no Papa. Humne unko sorry de di..becoz he was my best friend.But he is also liar just like his Papa(she started to sob)Even usne Mannat ki momi bhi le li aur apne ghar mai rakh liya.

Geet : Why u think so beta .I m ur momi same one who loves u lik always (she back hugged her with tears in her eyes)

Mannat : What is this momi ..aap jhoot bolte ho...if u r my same momi then hum hamarey ghar main hote aur Mannat apke sath soti .U hav been changed now. So leave me,I don wanna talk to u

Why she started again .Geet was shocked to hear from her.Coz she was normal till nite.Now why she was behaving such.This was really shocking for her.What was solution for this.She was not able to think this.She knew nothing gonna work now.So she left Mannat with her books and got up.

But why she rooted to spot.Beocz Maan was behind couch over hearing mother daughter convo.Helplessness spread all over Geet's face and she left as such she came with plate.

If Mannat rejected to hear Geet .What could Maan do ? He set front of Mannet .She glared Maan thief eyed .

Maan : I think Mannat n Rehaan can do double fun.Becoz now both hav more persons to pick and drop so aab bore nahi hongay aap

Mannat gav no reply

Maan: Okey now I ll drop u both at school and after school we ll do fun.We ll go where ever u both want.What u say Rehaan (he found Rehaan coming toward them)

Rehaan : Yes Papa we ll go to Disney World Game station and after that Mannat's favorite place Pizza Hut.Okey (he grabbed Mannat shoulder)

Mannat : Wo tumhare Papa hai jaha jaana hai jayo..Agar wo Mannat k Pa hote wo Mannat se kehte k kaha fun karnahai.But he asked u (she yelled)

Rehaan :Mere Papa ...aab Mannat k Papa bhi hai ...haina Papa

Maan had not answer for this.

Maan : Mannat maine kaha na we ll go where ever u want.

Mannat : Rehaan ne apse kya kaha but u not answered so I need not to answer u .I m calling my Nanu.He ll take me to school (she wiped her tears and dialed Inder)

Unfortunately they were not at home but in the hospital to visit Geet's mausi.So she felt helpless to whom she asks to drop her.

Daddi : Mannat beta if every one is liar.Daddi is not liar beta.I gonna take u school.Lets go (when she offered Mannat She half heartedly said yes)

Maan Geet felt lil relief at least some one is here on whom she trust.But next time what gonna happen..Every one was thinking this
