Maan couldn't forgive himself for that night. He distanced himself from her. He couldn't even meet her eyes. But our sherni didn't leave a chance to be around him, boss over him, cutely ordering him to rest, sleep, come back home early.. eat well.. finish the lunch etc etc. She even slept in his room but he stepped away giving some excuses. Geet didn't mind any of his attempt to distance from her, for she knew he needed some time & she was all there for him.
Mean while in college Geet was doing great with the band. It was like a dream when she met Angad & Kripa. Even they liked her performance. Angad got too excited & even showed his interest in performing with Geet. It was quiet normal for Angad to appreciate new talent but there was some one who definitely didn't approve this .. it was little strange to Angad. His best buddy would never interfere in such things.

kripa silently watched the duo fighting, kind of found it cute seeing Mk behaving like a child. He does this only when it is something to do with his jaan.

Angad was surprised, mk would never perform with anyone on stage. Even in college days, all the fans wanted to hear him in a duet but he would never agree.

When the band females broke the news to geet, that she was getting a chance to perform with THE MK, she had butterflies in her stomach.

How he used to carry a change of cloths to college. They said all abt how mk used to leave every thing to meet his jaan after the college, because that was the only little time he used to get to be with her. How is parents were particular abt him reaching home at certain time. He is not allowed meet his band members..but his jaan is really sweet & understanding even after marriage.

Geet smiled weekly, the more they spoke abt Mk, it seemed like they were talking abt her as Mk. & even she is lucky like Mk to have Maan in her life, she chuckled inward.

Geet had the invite for the event, she so much wanted Maan to come for it. But she knew he won't, he never did. Though she never understood why!! especially now knowing him as a little cool person who likes modern type. In the evening she gave him the invite excitedly

she authoritatively gave him the packet, he sighed looking at them.
On the event day girls came to green room to help Geet get dressed. But she was not there. They got tensed & called her.
Geet picked the phone in one ring ' ek min.. main idhar hi hoon.. I will join u guys in few mins
before they could say anything, she cut the call & looked around near the parking lot anxiously one last time. She sighed sadly & suddenly her eyes fell on Maan.. she was so excited, thrilled. She ran to him with a wide grin, blush. He wore the jeans & t-shirt she had picked. oh.. he looked breath taking. Before she could reach him.. bunch of fans began to scream MK.. MK...MK..
they just pushed her away & ran towards him with autograph books.. cameras.. Geet stood there shocked for few secs. She kept looking at him in disbelieve, she was blanked out momentarily, her nerves fuzzying her head.
