Geet drove swiftly.Luckily they did not encounter any traffic police.Geet disliked shopping.The rigorous trying of dresses in the trial room took a toll on her patience.She would rather prefer hunting some electronic items or buying some romantic novels which she would read late at night hiding below the bedsheet.She found those novels very cheesy & wondered whether those things happened in real life also.Usually the boy always fell for the girl first in those stories but in her case it was the opposite.Her crushes did not care to give her a second glance so there were so many heart-breaks that she was immune to them.But anyways,those novels gave her immense pleasure.
She basically thought that love was fiction.No boy would ever go down on his knees proclaiming love for his lady,atleast in her case.There were also many other points on which she could debate on like they say it's very difficult to understand women but she would say it is very difficult to understand men.Example : Maan Singh Khurana.
The manager personally escorted them into the mall.Maan was a celebrity...yes which would raise the goodwill of the mall,thought Geet.She even noticed that all eyes were on them.She enjoyed the attention which she got as long as it doesn't appear in any form of media!
For about half an hour,they aimlessly roamed here and there.Maan deduced that Geet was clearly not interested in shopping.
"Geet,you could have told me before,we wouldn't have come here!"
"Ha!i thought you wanted to buy coats for yourself.Anyways,i love your dressing style,your vest coats are perfect!"
At last,she praised him in some way.They were getting somewhere,thought Maan.
Just then Geet saw a dress hung in a showroom for display.She almost dragged Maan there as she wanted to try out the dress.The dress was a sexy one revealing legs,the thing she had never tried before.Maan did not get her sudden change of mind to try that particular dress.He decided to wait outside the trial room until she emerges out.There were a lot of other girls there.He wasted no time in casting his eyes on them.The girls too didn't mind,as he was MSK.
Suddenly Geet pulled him into the trial room from inside.Within a fraction of a second,He was with Geet with the door closed.
"How am I looking?" asked Geet not sure of herself.
Maan was stunned.Her hair was left open & she looked sexy in the outfit.Initially he was doubtful about her choice of dress.He had seen her either in salwar or in jeans but he was wrong she looked perfect in every dress she wore.She had angelic beauty.He kept staring at her.His mind was blank.He even forgot to blink his eyes.He was stoned.
Geet was nervous seeing him not uttering a word.She asked again,"Bolo na!kaisi lag rahi hoon!i was feeling shy coming outside so..."
Maan came back to his senses.The mischief was back into his eyes.He moved closer to her.She was already against the wall.
"I was wrong!you have the 'hot' quotient in you!"he wisphered.
Geet once again was mesmerized by him.He was so close to her.She could feel his hot breath.Once again he spoke, "Why did you choose this dress if you are shy wearing it?"
"I-"
She was interrupted.He encircled his hands around her waist & pulled her more closer "You did not tell me what's between you and Karan?Kahin yeh sab tum uske liye toh nahi kar rahi?"
"No I--"
Maan was tantalized.Her voice was enough to stir him.There was something in her which controlled him.He wanted to know the reason behind her enigmatic charm.He put some strands of hair behind her ears.
She closed her eyes.Her heart was beating very fast.It was difficult to resist him.Why the heck did she pull him inside?Why did she try the dress?
"Toh yeh sab mere liye?" he smirked
"Maan...we must leave, others are waiting..."she tried to remain stiff.
"Nah!i learnt from you.How to lock the door and...you know."
"I am not buying this dress! I wanted to see how i look in these!"
Maan was somewhere relieved.Even he didn't want her to step out in this dress.It worked well as long as only they two were there & no one else.He freed her.
"You look very sexy Geet" he wisphered to her with a smirk.
Geet concluded that Maan was a playboy.He was expert in the art of flirting & no doubt his personality attracted girls.
Later Geet urged that they should go to the gaming parlour.There Geet played ever single game from bowling to car racing & almost won every game.Maan had never come accross any girl who was so crazy for these staff & even if they were,they didn't show it to him.But nothing mattered to Geet.She would do only those things which gave her pleasure,no matter what opinion others formed.
Soon it was time for them to go home.Geet raced ahead of Maan telling him she would drive the car again.
"But Geet!Not again!you don't have the driving lisense!"
She did not listen to him.
Geet was driving.Maan worried sitting besides her.Just then Maan's phone rang.It was on of his clients.He was busy talking.He was again in his serious-do-not-disturb mode.
Geet was staring at him.She had concluded that when it comes to work,nothing else matters to him,yet when he seen her talking to that staff,he was disturbed.Why? She was smiling.She even forgot that she was driving.
Suddenly she heard Maan calling out to her.
"Geet!!!Stop the car!!!tume signal toda hai!"
"K-K-Kya??"she was shocked.
She saw in the rearview that two policemen were approaching.Immediately,she somehow with great haste she landed herself in the backseat and pretended as if nothing had happened.She also told Maan to shift to the driver's seat.
Maan was too slow to even react.When the policemen came,they were shocked to see no one at the driver's seat.They assumed that Maan had been driving the car sitting sideways (wierd!)
Maan tried to see reason with them.They even refused to acknowledge him.Ultimately Maan and Geet had to go to the police station.Geet decided that it was high time she should confess but then the police at the station knew that he was none other than MSK & so he set them free.
Maan was fuming while once again returning home.He kept on telling her things
"...and u know what i did not go to a police station even once in my life!!!!!and it's all because of YOU!!!!"he ended
He waited for Geet to present her side-story.She did not know what to say
"Well...ah!it's always nice to visit some new places!" she sounded silly.
Maan didn't know how to react.After all the lecture he gave him,she had to say this!!!!
"You mean police station!!Are you out of your mind Geet!!"
