Episode 119 and 120
Oh Maneet! How I miss you😭😭. There's no other show yet which evokes equally strong feelings even when I am watching it all over again and I actually know what's going to happen next. Each episode is like watching a really good romantic movie like DDLJ over and over again every day with the right doses of love and tiffs- some silly some more serious, so many emotions and their unbelievable chemistry😳😳. Wow what days those were. 😍😍😍Sigh!!!!
The way their laughter suddenly turns serious😲. Whatever may be the situation Maan just can't stop loving Geet.😳😳 And he just hates that loss of control of his life. Though his words were "I hate you Geet" what he meant was" I hate the fact that I can't stop loving you how much ever I try." Geet too understands his pain and so tries to comfort him but Maan has always loved and embraced pain.
That Sasha – fishing in troubled waters is what she does best😡😡. Poor Pinky got chewed off by Maan. But don't worry Pinky – Maan sir keeps firing people and hiring them right back – look at how many times he has fired Geet and she is still very much around😉😆😆. In these particular episodes we see a lovely example of how good friends are always there for you be it Pinky and Aadi helping out Geet to corner Maan or later on refusing to reveal where Geet has gone.👍🏼 I love the two of them.😃
I am sure there was a symbolism in Geet letting Maan have her dupatta but I am not sure what it is.😕 But have to applaud her tenacity and determination.👏 And like Pennu said Barry was just amazing with those dialogues " aapka room aapki dil ki tarah hei chaabi kiskey haath mei hei kisko maloom" 👏and then " chaabi kareeb rehthey huey bhi hum kuch thaaley khol nahi paathey" 👏👏. Just masterpieces. That's what I really liked about Geet – though the story may have been shaky they had dedicated and amazing actors,dialogue writers, cameraman, music director and even some very good directors😳😳. It was just the right cocktail of good stuff.😍😍😍 Sigh again!!!
Geet explaining her situation to Maan was very heart breaking and really made me very sad though I have seen the scene many times before.😭😭 DD was just amazing in her portrayal of pain with an equal amount of outrage at her situation👍🏼. And Maan too, though a little late, realizes how selfish he has been all this time and finds a new found respect for Geet's strength of mind and positive spirit. 😳😳
Maan sir is smart enough to figure out when he is at fault and how he can't afford to lose her and is ready to do anything to get her back in his life.😳😳 I wonder how CVs forgot this smart Maan later on when they thought it was necessary for Devil to advise Maan to actually get Geet back later during the Holi fiasco.😡😡
Also though I hate the fact that they brought in another love interest in Dev's life when he should have been shown suffering bcos of his sins😡😡 Mira at least is more believable and their "friendship" more palatable than Dev and Nandu romance.😡😡
The guy at the ticket counter must have thought Geet was crazy. Though Maan forgot to button his shirt up when he comes to the outhouse (no that I am complaining☺️) but nice to see he bothered to change before coming to the station. Didn't want too many passengers swooning over him.😉😆 Looking forward to seeing Maan wooing Geet again in the next episode.😃
