Nice to see so many responses. Personally I would hate to not continue this thread. So here goes my analysis for the last 2 episodes.
Episode 121 and 122
Like that dance troupe wala said what filmy scenes!!!😃😃 But then when it is my Maneet in the film who is complaining?😉 Our Barry ji has such nice sense of humour.😳😳 He I am sure realized when he read the scene that it was a bit clichd. So he made sure he made references to that with the dialogues " dheko hero heroine ko doondh raha hei". " yeh tho bilkul filmy hei".😆😆 Oh my dear Barry ji aap kahan ho!!!
It was so mean that Geet saw Maan searching for her so desperately and still tried going away.😲😲 The first filmy scene was the way Maan searches for Geet of course😳😳. Have seen it in so many films- still loved it.😃 But as usual fate intervened and the boys stole the bag.😳😳 Geet and Maan back to back searching for each other was so cute😍😍😍. I was wondering how come Geet brought that huge suitcase when she moved into the outhouse but now has only stuff for her carry bag? 😕😕She could leave other things behind but not the tabeez- how sweet is that😍😍. But then like Maan later guesses maybe after she saw how badly Maan missed her she was not planning to board the train anyway. Chaalu Geet.😉😉😆 The look of everything lost on Maan's face turning into a look of pure love when he hears Geet's favourite pastime – giving advise to everyone- was a scene worth watching. 😳😳
Man aap aisa math dekha karo. Dil mei kuch kuch honey lagtha hei.☺️ Oh those eyes😍😍. There is no way Geet can resist those eyes😳😳. Then of course the string falling on their heads. And Maan removing it - what sweet torture of our weak hearts😍😍.☺️ Like Maan says : Geet can't escape him that easily. Apni dil ki nahin tho apni dupatta ki hi sun lo Geet.(If not your heart at least listen to your dupatta Geet). It wants to only stay with Maan.😉
And then the second filmy part – hero going on his knees.😳😳 I can even accept Maan's talk with Geet asking her to let him accompany on her journey of life as a proposal. But Maan sir I did not hear Geet actually accept but still you wore her the ring. 😲😲Ismey bhi zabardasti? 😉Anyway it is like a dream come true for any girl and that too when it is done in front of so many people😳😳. And Geet's happy face shows she did not have any complains.😃
Again have to say Dev today was slightly more convincing and the actress playing Mira was really good👍🏼. Her shock and reaction was spot on. And she was really level headed with Dev and absolutely right when she said the only consequence for what he had done was going to jail👏👏. Oh CVs why did you let her go?😭😭 Even showing later on that Dev after being in jail for some time comes out and lives with her would have been slightly digestible. Bcos you can see the girl is head over heels in love with him. And then her talking to Geet to let the past go for their happiness would have made slightly more sense than Geet just deciding on a whim to forgive 😡😡and then Dev Nandu.😡😡 OK Paro don't get started now.
I loved the way Maan used Geet's love of arguing with him to put her at ease.😉😳 This is another thing I missed later on. Maan became too lovey dovey. We love him equally if not more as our dusht danav.😳😳 How something as simple as putting his hand on Geet's hips can give me butterflies in my tummy(considering I am married and have a son already) still surprises me.😳😳 Of course we have already started gearing up for RTM.ooo!!!!☺️☺️☺️
