Well described on Power and how it manage to change a person.
What I believe is that, first a person need to learn to respect's view other in order to gain respect. A leader doesn't change their own behavior/characteristics but it is something they need to build within. Over-powering tends to make a leader be more focus on their own needs and wants rather than focus on other need and wants.
I think that was Maan's problem. Being a leader he failed to understand his power and his change of behavior had overtook him.
Thanks a lot for your response..This concept of Power has been revolving in my mind continuously from the past one week , must say it's quite complicated.
I agree with you when Over-powering jumps in a person might use his power for his personal needs. Even today's situation of our Country can be more or less related to the very famous conceot "Power Corrupts" ...It's quite intoxicating it can change people to the worst!!
It needs to be handled very carefully and again this varies from person to person and their perspectives!!
