Maan was really scared to see Geet's pale and lifeless form. Rasika and Rajji were glaring at him. Doctor told them it was a case of rape and Geet will take more time to become conscious. Maan lowered his head in shame as he looked at her sleeping on hospital bed. Rasika and Rajji didn't say a word to him.

Soon Geet became conscious and started to open her eyes slowly. Before Maan could come near her, Rasika and Rajji reached her and held her hand. Maan walked out seeing this but he could hear what they were talking.

Rasika : Geet I'm sorry. I didn't expect Maan to do this. I should have known this and protected you. I'm sorry.

Geet : Its OK didi. No need to say sorry. I deserve it.

Rajji : What? How can you say that Geet? He actually raped you Geet. I can't forgive him ever.

Geet : Its my fault Rajji not his. I was never a good wife. I never did my wifely duties.

Rasika : Never say that dear. He even flirted with other women and insulted you. And now, he...

Geet : Didi, its my fault. I never gave him any happiness. I was selfish and never cared about Maan. Because of me, he was forced to this loveless marriage and because of me only became like this.

Rajji : How can you still defend him?

Geet : Because he is still my best buddy.

Maan was listening to this and was really sad. Maan promised to himself that he'll take care of Geet and also will ask for forgiveness.

Next day

Geet forgave Maan and promised that she'll try to be a good wife. But Maan had still guilty feeling in him. Geet asked Maan not blame himself anymore and also not to tell about it to anyone. Maan and Geet went back to Delhi after 2 days.

2 months later

Geet tried not to show that she still loved Vikram to Maan. She became more attentive in his matter. She woke up early and made bed coffee for him and also did everything just like a good wife though she was still hesitant to intimate with him. Even Maan too changed his attitude towards her. He took her to dinner every Friday and spends more time with her. He shared everything with her and also made her CEO of KC. She was a workaholic when it comes to her work and spends more time in completing more projects.

Maan was proud of her seeing her achieve big projects. But Geet never ignored Maan in midst of work. She was always there for him everytime when he needs her. Maan knew she still loves Vikram but ignored it knowing that she is trying her best to forget Vikram but couldn't as her love for him was pure.

One day, while she was sitting with Khurana family, she ran to throw up making everyone worried. She came back from washroom saying that she's OK but she fainted after saying that but before she land on floor Maan caught her. Everyone was worried and they called Doctor.

Doctor stepped out from room after checking Geet. She smiled at Maan and others saying it was a good news. Daadi and Maan's mom got the idea but others were confused. Seeing this Doctor smiled.

Dr : Congrats Maan, you're going to become a father.

Maan : Kya? (Shocked)

His 'KYA' made everyone shock. They gave him a weird look. Maan excused and went inside to meet Geet. He saw her laid on their bed with closed eyes. He sat beside her and took her hand gently kissing her. She opened her eyes and smiled at him.

Geet : Congrats Maan. Now, wish me back you idiot instead of looking like that at me?

Maan : I'm sorry Geet.

Geet : Why? Don't you want the baby now?

Maan : No, I love our baby but its not a product of our love but...

Geet : Shh Maan. Answer me just one question honestly. Don't you want our baby?

Maan : Yes Geet. I love our baby.

Geet : Maan , I want to start a new life with you.

Maan leaned forward and kissed her slowly. She pulled him closer and responded to him equally. Maan's slow kiss turned into a passionate one and he hungrily started to suck and nibble her lips. He slowly caressed her bare waist and she started to massage his shoulder but the moment was broken by his sister Annie, who barged inside without knocking the door.

Annie : Opps sorry, OK I'll go. You guys continue and give me a call when you finish it.

Maan : Annie (Shouts)

Annie : OK then give me a missed call atleast.

Maan : Out now.

Annie : Fine.

Geet started to blush and Maan loved to see her pinky cheeks and he gave her a small peck on her cheeks.

3 Months later

Maan and Geet started to care for each other and behave like normal husband and wife. Maan knew Geet can't forget her 1^st love, Vikram. Geet started to relax with his small kisses and hugs. It was their wedding anniversary and Maan took Geet to their farm house.

They had dinner and a slow dance. After dance Maan gave her a necklace as his anniversary gift and Geet gave him a wrist watch. Suddenly the light got off due to rain outside which made Geet scared and she hugged Maan tightly. Maan lifted her up and laid her down on the bed and was about to go out and check the fuse board but Geet held his wrist tightly. Seeing Geet's scared face Maan couldn't control his urge to kiss her and he gently gave her a small peck on her lips.

Geet opened her eyes and saw Maan looking at her with desires which made her blush. She closed her eyes and squeezed his hand letting him know that she is all his. He was really happy because it was first time, Geet giving him consent. He bent down and started to kiss her slowly and his hands made way to her bare waist for caressing her soft silky skin.

She locked her arms around his neck pulling him closer. Maan made sure that he didn't put his weight on her stomach. He ripped his shirt off followed by his other clothes. But he was careful with Geet. He removed it slowly and gave her light kisses to make her feel comfortable. He kissed her from head to toe and worshipped her body. He was careful when he entered her and both reached zenith together. Maan rolled back and made Geet lay on him. He kissed her forehead and played with her fingers.

Maan :Geet

Geet : Hmm

Maan : Thanks

Geet : Kyun?

Maan : For accepting me as your husband. I really love you Geet. You are my 1^st love and last. I really love you and our baby and can't live without you guys.

Geet : I too started to love you Maan. Even though you are not my 1^st love, it will take little more time to forget Vikram.

Maan : Its OK Geet. I know we can't never forget our 1^st love. That's why I love you.

Geet : You mean you loved me and not Sam?

Maan : I made Sam my girlfriend to forget you Geet. It was you always. I don't know when I started to fall for you, but I know from the start it was you.

Geet : I'm sorry Maan. I never realized it.

Maan : Its OK Jaan. My love is enough for both of us.

Geet : Thanks Maan for understanding. I want you to know that I started to love you.

Maan : I know.

Geet : How?

Maan : well (Maan whispers something in Geet's ear which made her blush. She whacked his arm and hugged him tightly.

Epilogue

Geet and Vikram never saw each other nor did they contact each other. Geet sometimes think of Vikram and he too think of Geet. Geet knew Maan was meant for her and Vikram was just a sweet memory who made her taste what is love.

Maan was a gift given by angel for her. He understands her very much and loved her deeply. Maan and Geet have 3 kids- Dia, Mayank and Armaan. Vikram have 2 children - Jagat and Prerna.

Nandini was a good wife and she never complained for 1^st 3 years of their marriage. Though it was difficult for him to accept Nandini, her care and soothing words made him lead a normal life. Vikram was a good husband and best dad but still was not a good lover as he was for Geet.

Geet was best wife and friend of Maan. Maan's love made her feel secure and happy. Maan also is a jealous and possessive lover. Whenever they go out, every guys will ogle at her which made him anger. Though she was mother of 3 kids, her yoga and dieting made her look young and fit. She worked with Maan in KC and was a best partner in business. She was workaholic but Maan always put her in check.

Maan is always scared to keep male young unmarried employees under her. Geet use to laugh seeing his possessiveness and enjoyed it. Nandini too was same as Maan. She cursed the 'Gori Girls' who check out her husband openly which made Vikram laugh.

She curses them in hindi for flirting with her husband who is father of her 2 kids. Vikram always loved to see his jealous wife. Though many models and actress are working under him, he never had any kind of relationship with them other than professional.

Vikram and Geet know that they are not fated to be with each other. Fated set them with Maan and Nandini. Not that they complained but they knew in heart's some corner there exist their first love. First Love is always sweet and no one can forget it. But life should move on.

Geet is lucky to get a husband like Maan who cherish her and loves her a lot. Vikram too is lucky to get Nandini as his wife who understand and support him always. Life never give us what we desires but it definitely give us an opportunity to find happiness.

In Geet's case, Maan's world revolve around Geet and in Vikram's case, Nandini's life is Vikram. Its Maan ki Geet and Vikram's Nandini. Love the person who loves you and move on your life with the person who cherishes you. First Love is sweet but we should move on with time and give happiness to the person who loves us.

Reader's note: Initially, I thought to make Maan as Geet's love and Vikram as her friend and husband. But I hate a sad ending, so I made Maan take the role closer to Geet.
