The next morning Dhara came in Geet room to check on her but found Maan and Geet, both sleeping peacefully, she left closing the door not disturbing them neither she had to overreact knowing Maan will never cross his limits and would have just stayed their comforting her. Just as the door closed Maan woke up with the sound waking Geet also they both sat up and looked at each other. "I am sorry wo kal raat tum, i mean wo..."
Geet- its ok meri hi galti rahi hogi, aap sorry mat boliye" saying that she got off the bed along with Maan. Maan left to his room while Geet went to freshen up_______
In Hall:
Annie and Vicky sat a crossed Yash with lots of questioning in their eyes, Yash knew they will be asking the question and today he can't run away from their question, and neither he wanted to anymore, he will tell them everything, whatever they wanted to know. "Dad i hope u remembered what u said last night" Vicky said just then Dhara came and said "Vicky Annie you guys can ask any question after breakfast, chalo chal kar breakfast kar lo phir batein hongi"
Annie- no Mom not till you both tell us the reason you were crying for and who is this Vih, whatever his name is
"ANNIE" Yash snaps making Annie jump back "Annie tammez se Naam lo baro ka aur tameez se baat karo" Dhara kept her hand on his shoulder calming him down and says "Annie hum bad main baat karenge abhi bhai ki shadi ki tyariya bhi tu karni hai, aaj hi haldi aur mendhi hai aur abhi..."
Vicky-Mom, no one will start preparation till u tell us everything
"He is right Mom" maan said as he came down the stair, "Mom i have never seen u crying like u did yesterday, plz tell us what are u both hiding from us" Maan says pleading to them, then Dadi comes along with Geet and says "Yash Dhara, i think u should tell the kids truth" "Par Ma ji wo..." before dhara could finish her talk Yash interrupts saying "Dhara Ma sahi kah rahi hai, hamein bacho ko sachi bata dena chiye" Dhara turned toward Yash and looked at him painfully with tears in her eyes "yash aap tu jante ho na what will be the out come aur phir bhi aap"
"Will you guys tell us what is it ur hiding or do i have to find it on my own, and u all know it won't take me long enough to find the truth out" Maan snapped making every one jump, hearing these three talk to each other and not telling them what is it that they are hiding. Dhara sat on the couch crying and said "Maan jaan na zarori hai kya" "YES" Maan sternly replies Dhara looked at him pleading to not ask but he was not going to listen to her today. Geet in the back stood their looking at Maan and then Dhara who was crying endlessly. "Maan tum mere bete nahi Vihan Bahi ke bete ho" Yash voice filled the whole KM catching every one attention toward him Maan fumbled back just as those words reached his ears, Vicky and Annie looked at each other and then at Maan who looked totally blanked out. "Yashhh" Dhara screamed knowing the effect it may have on Maan, Dadi went and held her close to her. Annie goes to Yash and says "Dad what are u saying, aap ko pata bhi hai aap kya bol rahe ho" by the end she was screaming at Yash, and all he did was nodded in yes and said "Haan Annie i know what i am saying, Maan Dhara aur Vihan bahi ka beta hai. Bahi, Mohindar, Varun and I used to go to same college and in our last year Dhara, Rano and Sneha joined the college, but they were Junior, but somehow we all ended up becoming friend, as we used to see each other often during the campus and during our lunch breaks, as the year went on we all became really very close friend, and one day Bahi told me he loves Dhara, that day i was broken coz I also started loving her but in my entire life that was the only day i saw Bahi happy after Dad deaths, so I kept quite and then the next day he purposed her, and soon they got married and I left to London right after their marriage, but his happiness wasn't for long after few month I got a called from Ma saying that Bahi has met with an accident and by the time I reached here he was no more, and then we found out that Dhara was pregnant, after that I stayed back in India, as I knew ur mother she wasn't strong enough to bare the pain of loosing Bahi, so I had to stay here. you mother still didn't knew I loved her neither I wanted her to know but one day Ma came to me and told me to marry her, first I was shocked then listening to her talk I understood why she said as the outside people started talking about us and having najaiz rishta, I accepted so did ur mother for the sake of our family honor, moreover for the sake of Maan...we didn't realized how the time flew and it was time for the delivery, thought we knew there will be complication during the delivery due to all the stress Dhara was in, but to the extent where i had to choose between mother and the baby i didn't knew, i was put in to a situation here I knew if I saved Dhara she will hate me for the rest of her life I didn't even wanted to think beyond this and Maan had became my life I could never think of losing him not at any cost, I was left alone to make this decision par shayad baba ji ko mujh pe raham agay aur unhone dono ko hi bacha liya, phir waqt guzarte jab tumhari Ma ko pata chala ke I loved her, at first she was not ready to accept this relation but then she did..."
"Is that why u hate me Dad coz i am not ur real son" Maan said interrupting Yash taking everyone attention, while Yash looked at him with teary eyes, "is that why u hate me because i am not ur own blood, is that why u hate because ur bloods doesn't run in my veins like Annie and Vicky. is that why Dad, Bolo na Dad is that the reason why u always hated me and were always angry at me" Maan shouted as tears welled up in his eyes
"Maaan" Dhara snapped at his baseless question, he also knew how much Yash loves him then why this question, she stood up and went to him cupped his face in her palm and makes him look into her eyes Maan places his hand on her and says "Mom is this why he doesn't love me, main unka apna nahi isi liye wo mujhe se naraz rah te hai hai, hai na" Dhara shook her head in no and said "aisa nahi hai, he loves more then his own life, he love u just as much he loves Annie and Vicky"
"NO he don't" Maan snaps just to get a tight slap from Dhara on his cheek "How could u say something like this Maan, you know it very well he loves u more then he loves anything in this world and still u are doubting on his love for u" Dhara shouts at him holding his face in her palm, Yash came and tried to calm Dhara but neither she was calming not was Maan and in anger Maan just walked out, "Maan...Maan plz stop...Maan" Yash called trying to stop him, seeing all this and Maan leaving in anger Geet didn't knew what to do, whom to console, she eventually went after Maan and before Maan could drive away she went and sat in the car with him, he didn't even bother telling her to get out of the car and drove away in anger...
"Dad bahi hamein chor ke tu nahi jayega na" Annie asked while Yash just looked at her shocked, that's what he was scared of, scared of Loosing Maan, his life and a tear escaped his eyes just thing about it. Annie tried to walk toward Yash but before she could reach him she faint and falls on the floor, Vicky picks her up in his arm and takes her to her room______
"Maan plz slow the car" Geet said as she held on to the seat tightly as she could to hold herself in place as Maan increased the car speed, "Maan plz...Maan" but Maan was no where listening, he was hurt for hurting Yash, he knew whatever he said was not true, his dad can never hate him then why in the world did he just said those things to him saying Yash hates him, the more he thought his speed on the car increased, He knew how much his word would have hurt Yash...
Geet- Maan aap kya kar rahe ho plzzz stop the car" Maan lost in his own thought drove and drove and then came to a clif, Geet eyes widen as she saw the clif and his speed increasing "Maan aap pagal ho gaye ho kya, ye kya kar rahe hai, plz stop the car, MAAAN" and she covers her face with her hand closing her eyes waiting for the darkness to come but then she heard the car door closed with a bang, Geet removed her hand from her face and opens her eyes and saw they were just a little far away from falling down, She quickly gets off of the car and leans over it to catch for her breath, the next thing she heard was Maan screaming. Geet looked at him as he spread his arm and screamed closing his eyes till he ran out of his breath, Geet just stood their scared seeing the sight, this is the first time she has seen this much of his anger in so many days, soon Maan stops screaming and just stood their as tears rolled down his eyes, Geet knew he must be feeling guilty for his word , well somewhere in her heart she was feeling guilty too, coz of her all this happened, she left her thought away from her mind for now ans she didn't knew what to do to calm him down, but still she goes and places her hand over his shoulder and the next moment Maan turns and hugged her tightly making it hard for Geet to breath, at first she didn't knew if she should hug him back or not but then unknowingly she felt her hand moving up and next she held him in her embrace and ran her hand up and down to calm him down, when she felt him he has calm down she says "Itni dard ho rahi tu phir aap ne aisa bola hi kyun Uncle ko, jab jante hai ke Uncle aap se kitna pyar karte hai tu phir ye sab kahne ki kya zarorat thi, pata hai unhe kitan bura lag raha hoga ke aap aisa sochte hai ke wo aap se pyar nahi karte"
Maan-Mujhe nahi pata main ye sab kyun bola, when Dad told me I am not his son I felt the earth slipping under my feet, a but i know he loves me, and main sirf unhi ka beta ho kisi aur ka nahi" Geet smiles as he cutely pouted at and says "jante hain phir bhi itna gussa karne ki kya zaroart thi" Maan pulls out of the hug and says "bolana gusse main bol diya" and made all kind of faces looking at her, Geet couldn't hold her laugh any more and starts laughing, Maan just stand their getting lost in her laugh, "inti pyari hansi hai, bilkul pari lagti hia jab has ti hai ye, oh god itna pyari hasi aaj se pahle main ne kabhi nahi suni" Maan says to himself and a smile touched his lip too. After a while Geet controls her laugh and says "chalein ghar main sab padishan ho rahen honge" Maan nods in yes and they drove back home.
In car geet could feel his restlessness and says "Maan aap itna tension kyun le rahe ho, bas ghar jana aur uncle aur anuty say sorry kah dena" Maan stops the in a jerk and looked at her shoked, Did he heard her right, Maan Singh Khurana saying sorry, no way he is not doing that "Geet do you even know what you are saying MAAN SINGH KHURANA saying sorry to someone, kabhi nahi main ne apni puri life main kisi ko sorry nahi kaha aur aaj tum..." before he could continue Geet puts her finger on his and says "main Mr. Maan Singh Khurana ki nahi sirf Maan ki baat kar rahi hoon us Maan ki jo apne Dad se buth pyar karta hai unki respect karta hai, us Maan ki baat kar rahi hoon jo kahi na kahi aaj bhi apne Dad se darta hai, us Maan se baat kar rahi hoon jo ye janta hai ke wo sirf aur sirf Yash Singh Khurana ka beta hai sirf beta not the great MSK, I am sure that Maan won't have problem saying sorry to his Dad" Maan just looked at her as she said those, simple word yet so meaningful words, he just nods in yes as he continue to stare in her eyes. Just as she felt him nodding Geet realizes where her finger were, she quickly removes it and sits back feeling weird at her own act and says "chelin" still not looking at him, he just chages the gear and drove away as he also felt weired yet he loved it.
