Part 11
When they arrived at school Geet was hesitating to go in.

G:Emma you go, my class is over a hour I am just going to sit in the school's garden.
E:Alright bye Geet.
G:Bye

Geet sat on the bench.

Geet's monologue
Gosh I look like crap. I don't want Maan to see me like this. Actually I want nobody to see me like this. Why is Evelien mom so mean. Why can't she be nice towards me.Mom I wish you where here. I need you mom.

Geet started sobbing. She suddenly felt a arm on her shoulder.She turned around.

Maan:Geet are you okey.

He wiped her tears away.

M:Misty don't cry. What happened tell me.

Geet hugged him and start crying hysterically.

M:Geet you're scaring me are you okey.
G:Maan I look horrible.

Geet said between hicups.Maan took a breath of relief.

M:Geet you scared me. Let me take a look at you.

Geet hugged him tighter. Maan loosend himself and looked at her.

M:Geet you look fine.
G: Maan your a guy what do you now about fashion.
Maan chuckled.
M:Your right why don't I take you out for shopping.
G:No Maan I can't go to the mall with you. Not intill you get dad's approval.
M:Hmm but we can't wait till Saturday, can we. I will have to think about something. Geet you wait here.
G:But Maan where are you going.
M:Just stay her.

Maan ran away, after a while Meera came walking towards Geet.

Meer:Hi Geet
G:Hey Meer what are doing here, so early. Our class is going to start after 40 minutes.
M:I know but Maan send me. He told me that you where here alone.
G:Where is Maan.
M:Hmm boyfriend kya mil geya. Nobody cares about me any more.
G:Oh pleas Meer. He is not my bf at least not until dad says yes. And tell me Meer how could you give Maan mine telephone number. Without my permission. HUH, tell me??

Geet twisted Meer's ear suddely she felt someone grabbing her hand and freeing Meera's ear.

Maan:Geet why are you mandhandeling my sister, huh?
G:Acha I am so sorry Mr. Khurana, but since when is Meera your sister. If I may ask.

M:Yep.
Geet:Acha you guys now each other only a couple of days and kuch hi dino me, you guys become brother sister.
Maan:Wah Geet what kind of friend are you Meer and I are siblings from birth. How could you not know that about your best friend.
Meer:Yes Geet how could.
G:Eh hello drama king & Queen, so you guys are sibblings from birth, kyu mela mai goom me te kya
M&M:Yep
Maan:And we found each other just a couple of days back.
Meer:Yes Geet I always talked about my lost brother did you then never listen to my pain😆

Geet wanted to react back, but then her eye fell on the bags in Maan's hand.

G:Maan what's in those bags.
M:Oh I totally forgot Geet. You didn't like the dress you were wearing and you couldn't go with me to the mall, right.
G:Yes
M:So I went to the Mall and got you something the to wear. I hope you like it.
G:Thx Maan but how much do I owe you.
M:Hmm let's make a deal if your dad reject me you will pay me back, but Ms. Handa if your that accepts me. I never ever want to hear the sentence:How much do I owe you. Got it.

Geet smiled.

G:Deal Maan. But after 5 minutes our class is staring.
M:Wrong Ms. geet I got a text from Yash (one of Maan's friends). He texted me dad Mr.Thomas is ill so are next class is going to start after a hour and 5 minutes to be precisly.
G:Alright then I will go an change.
M:Alright I will see you in the cafeteria, when you're ready.
G:See you after a while guys and thx Maan.
M:No problem Ms. handa. Come on Meer let's go to the cafeteria.

Geet enterd the girl's washroom. She openend the packet's Maan gave her. She couldn't believe her eyes.

Geet's monologue
OMG I couldn't believe my eyes. I couldn't believe Maan this did much for me. He didn't only buy a new dress but also shoes a bag and a bracelet. The guy is amazing. He really loves me, just like I love him. Or maybe more.Gosh he is right my heart would stop without my dhak dhak.

A note fell on Geet's lap.

Dear Misty,

I don't now a lot about fashion. I did what I could. I hope you like it. And I never want to see tears in your eyes again. Got is Misty.

Geet kissed the note and put it in the bag Maan gave her. She changed in to the dress Maan gave her. She put all her stuff in Maan's bag.
