A note fell on Geet's lap.

Geet kissed the note and put it in the bag Maan gave her. She changed in to the dress Maan gave her and put all her stuff into the bag Maan gifted her.

Maan and Meera where sitting in the cafeteria waiting for Geet to come. Emma came walking into the cafeteria. She walked to the table where Maan and Meera where sitting.

E:Hi guys
Meer:OMG Emm whta are you wearing. What did you do to our tomb boy.😆
E:You like it it's my new look
Maan:Oh my gosh you look like a Angel
Meer:Angel😕
E:Oh y
G:Thx Maan
Meer:Oh you were talking about Geet😆

Emma gave a angry glare to Meera and looked behind her.

E:Geet what are you wearing.
G:Can't you see what I am wearing. Geet smiled.
E:very funny from where did you get this ridiculous dress

Before Geet could answer Maan spoke up.

M:I bought it for her. I know I now nothing about fashion Emm, but Geet looks heavenly in it.

Geet blushed.She sat next to Maan.

E:Hey that was my seat.
M:Geet stand up let, Emma sit here.

Geet was so shocked by what Maan said that she just stood up. Maan also stood up.

M:Come Geet let's go outside. Meer told me she needed some quality time with Emma. Maan winked at Meer.

Meer:Yep that's true. You guys go away. Come sit Emm let's talk about your new dressing sense.
E:No I want to have lunch with my sister
Maan:Don't break Meer's heart like this.
Meer:Yes Emma don 't do this to me

Geet rolled her eyes and tried not to laugh out loud.

E:Fine quality time it will be Meer. Emma said annoyed.

Maan and Geet went outside.

G:Maan
M:Yes
G:You really didn't need to do this.
M:I know Geet but I wanted to. By the way was your dress the only reason you were crying like that.

Geet looked to the floor.

Maan made Geet look into his eyes.

M:Geet what is the real reason.

G:Maan how late will are next class start.

Maan rubbed his head.

M:Wo actually, I lied to you.
G:Lied, about what???
M:We where not free for one hour but the entire day, because our teachers went on some teacher excursion.
G:So Mr. Thomas is not sick.
M:No
G:Why did you lie Maan
M:because I wanted to cheer you up and I wanted to now or that was the only reason, that you were crying.
G:Maan I need to go.

Geet stood up to leave. Maan grabbed her hand.

G:Maan please.

Maan let go of her hand.

G:Maan can you ask Meer to drop Emma home.
M:Sure Geet

Geet left from there, as fast as possible.

Geet's monologue
Sorry Maan I know I hurted you, by leaving like that. But I don't know if I am ready to tell you.

Geet walked to the graveyeard. She sat on the grave of her mother.

G: Mom you now Evelien mom was really mean today. I missed you so much.

Tears feel from Geet's eyes.

G:If you were there you would have taken care of me right? Like the way Evelien mom takes care of Emma, or even better. You now mom when I was feeling sad and lonely today. I always feel horrible when dad is not home. But you now mom, Maan cheered me up. He buyed a entire new outfit for me. He is really nice. I wish you could meet him. I am sure you would love him.

But you don't trust him enough to tell him your pain She heard a voice saying from behind. She turned her head to see Maan. Maan sat next to her.

G:Maan
M:Geet don't you trust me.He said looking into her eyes.
G:Maan I do I really trust you.
M:Then why won't you tell me, what is bothering you.

Geet hugged Maan and started crying.

G:Maan I miss mom so much. She said between her sobs.
M:Shh I am sure Geet she is watching over you and she won't like it if you cry.
G:You now Maan. Mom died when I was ten. She died in a car accident. Dad was left really lonely. He met Evelien mom a year a go. Dad is happy with Evelien mom. She is really nice when dad is around. But you now Maan when dad leaves. She's horrible. But I can't tell dad and don't want to hurt him. His happenis means alot to me Maan. I love my dad alot.
M:I know Geet. So did she make you were that dress today.
G:Yes I was not allowed to go to my room. She was making Emma ready.
M:Ah so you got a evil stepsister and mother.
G:No Maan Emma is really nice. She is a sweet girl. I am sure Evelien forced her to wear that horrible dress, like she forced me.
M:Poor Emma. Maan grinned.
G:Maan I feel lighter after telling you all this.
M:You can allways tell me anything. And if evil stepmom again does something. We will learn her a lesson.
G:But Maan what if she tells dad.
M:Hmm trust me Geet.
G:I trust you
M:Alright then do exactly what I say.
G:Okey Maan what do i have to do.
M:I will tell you that latter. But first let me meet my would be mother in law.

Maan winked at Geet. She blushed and wakked Maan on his arm.

G:Maan you're crazy.
M: I know Misty I am crazy in love with you.
G:Flirt.
M:I don't flirt Geet.
G:Yehyeh I know
M:Hi Mom I am Maan. Your soon to be son in law. Sorry for the late introduction but your daughter's blabbering wasn't ending.

Maan smirked. he looked at Geet to see her reaction. Geet was smiling in herself. She was in dreamland.

M:Geet come out of your dreamland oops I mean out of Maanland.
G:Huh

Geet blushed.

M:Come on it's time to go home.

Emma at times sounds irritating.
So bad of Evelien to treat Geet badly.
Glad Maan came to know about Geet's mom.
Geet needed someone that will be with her, understand her feelings.
Love the way Maan intro himself to Geet's mom. Such a cute fellow.
