Maan was aimlessly walking on the road with Sam and Dev. It was a quite a few days he has come to Delhi. He left Delhi after completing his graduation.
"Maan, Can we go to the ice cream shop?" Sam asked while leaning on Dev's shoulder.
" No you Guys continue.. I will be seated in this bench?"
" Are you alright man?" Dev ashed a bit concerned.
" Kuch nahi Bro. I like to sit for a while, You guys continue." Mann tried to assure his brother
Sameera and Dev smiled and went to the ice cream parlour. Maan rested his head on the bench and the memories of the past few days flashed in his mind.

Maan expected her to be present in his bro's engagement. His eyes endlessly awaited to get a glimpse of her. Maan never felt this disappointment before.

Sam blushed when he mentioned her as Bhabhi.. " Maan I will be always your best friend... No matter even if i marry Dev. You will be always my Motu.. my sweetie" She pulled his cheeks.
"Sam you should stop calling me by that name...I am no longer Motu"

"Someone is getting jealous" Maan said to sam indicating his finger to Dev
Dev went to hit him followed by Sam... Dadi came to interrupt them...." come to the stage you both" She playfully hit their heads and dragged them to the stage..
Dadi called for everyone's attention
"Hello Thank you for coming for my grand son's engagement... Dev is going to be married to Sameera... The families have always been friends for years... I hope their life will be filled with all the happiness of the world"Dadi had a small tear on her eyes.
Dev and Sam exchanged rings. That brought an end to the beautiful day...

Today he was with Sam and Dev to attend a few friends party in Delhi.. And also for few purchase for their wedding which is to be held soon.
He waited for them for half an hour. He called Dev " Hello bro I am just leaving ... You guys continue your shopping."
" Maan... Sam want to visit her friend's place with you... who's that? Yash.. She want you to accompany her to invite him for the wedding"

After a few minutes, Sam and Dev appeared infront of Maan. " Maan Can we go? Dev you take care" Sam gave Dev a good bye hug " I will return soon".
Maan and Sam went in another car to meet Yash.
When they reached Yash 's door, they could hear a few screams inside. Maan and Sam rushed inside to see what was happening.
" Yash it was all your fault. You told we will go to shopping.. When i called you,, you told me you are on business meeting...But you are watching the 20-20 cricket series..." Meera threw a flower vase on Yash..
He saved it from breaking. Meera turned her face. Yash tiptoed near her and hugged her from back" . " Sorry sweet heart.. you know na I love to watch cricket" Meera pushed him away and turned to walk out of the door,
She was surprised to find Sam and Maan standing at the door step.
" Hai Sam " " Hai Maan" Yash and Meera went and hugged Maan and Sam.. " It's great to meet you guys after a long time. I think we last met at the couple's party..Hai na Meer"
" Yeah Maan was there... But Sam went with a trip with her future hubby..."
" Meera you too are teasing me"Sam blushed. But Maan was loss of words as he was reminded of HER.

On the day of couples party
The college exams over. He has completed his MBA. His college mates have invited everyone for the couple's party... It was the last chance to visit his friends together. He don't want to miss it. It happened to be a couple's party.
But Maan leaned on the bonnet of his car. He cursed Sam for leaving him alone. She was her best friend from childhood ( You can say family friends). He got a call from Sam.
" Maan... I am so sorry... You know Dev is so busy with KC.. He hardly gets time for me. First time, he asked me for a trip. I could not refuse him. I have sent a friend of mine"
Maan cursed his Bro.. Since this was a couple's party he cannot go alone. " Its ok Sam. enjoy your trip"
"Maan.. listen i have a sent my friend to accompany you to the couple's party.. she too didn't get a pair for the couple's party." Sam assured that she will be there with him in a few moment and disconnected the call.
Maan thought its Pinky. He have seen her with Sam as they stay on the same apartment together. He didn't want to attend the couple's party with her.
He felt someone tap his shoulders. "Hai I am Geet.. " She was breathing heavily.." I am sam's friend. Will you be my boy friend for today" She said in one go.
Maan simply smiled at her antics. She was so innocent he thought. " Will you Maan?"
Maan realised she was waiting for his answer. He just said " Hmm" and started driving the car.
" Maan. are you silent types haan?" Then tell me the whereabouts of Sam and Dev"
" They went on a trip. Don't you know?"
" Yes of course.. Otherwise i would not be here.. As you would have gone with Sam. I just want to make you speak."
" Maan stop the car a moment. Come with me" She dragged him out of the car..
There was gulfi shop.. " You like to have fallooda.. It's too good.. It was too long i had it"
"No thank you" She got a falooda for herself and gave the shopkeeper a 500 ruppee note.
" Mam saab I don't have change" Geet searcher her pursed but she didn't have change. Maan gave the money to the man.
"Maan I will settles your debt soon. May be in Sam's engagement. Since I am leaving to Hoshiarpur today after the party. I hope you will come to Sam's engagement"
Maan laughed at her. " Maan why are you laughing? I will definitely settle your debt. pakka? " She kept her hand on his hand.
" hmmm ok.. Lets see." They slowly slid their hands and went and sat inside the car.
Geet extended a spoon of falooda gulfi to him. She kept the spoon near his breath. Maan was fastening his seat belt. He silently ate the spoon and turned to drive. " Thank you" He said before he ignited the engine.
Geet took a tissue from the dash board and wiped his lips. Maan was surprised.
"Woh... Falooda...on the lips" She stammered. She felt awkward. She silently withdrew her hands.
"Geet I haven't seen you with Sam in the College. " He decided to enlighten the mood.
"woh i stay wth Sam and Pinky.. but i am in a different college."
" Oh Have you seen me before"?"
" Yeah. I have always know about you from Sam. Quite a lot.. You know you have a nick name in college among the girls"

He came and stood near Geet.. Now he could clearly see her dress. She was in a Black sleeveless top with a black jean and she was indeed beautiful with the light makeup.
