So Maan was in love with Geet from the beginning but she had a relationship with Dev. Dev gave the photo album for Maan to restore & the pictures of Geet are jogging his memory & re igniting his past feelings.
Am I right? I was a little uncertain about the album

Well I'm not explicitly stating anything between M&G as of now. If you notice both updates are from Dev's POV so far (first one is almost Dev).

The picture album is what Dev is going through at the hospital, after Geet drops it off after restoring it.

Although Geet's picture with her t-shirt clutched to her chest, is really a memory from the time he saw the snap in Maan's wallet a long time ago.

I will go back and edit a few things around, so that its explicit that the second part is really a memory of seeing a picture and not a picture itself.
