Part 13

Annie played the CD and watched it. She was shocked to hear the conversation and the plan between Rahul and her brother Dev. She could not still believe it. Slowly all the images came infront of her eyes. The way Geet behavioured, her decision to go to London, the aloofness between her siblings, Maan's nature, Vicky and Maan's silent war, and her other friends. Tears escaped her eyes as she remembered everything. She was very angry and left the room at once. She decided to tell everything but asw she reached the staircase she saw the Handas and Khuranna chatting. They were very happy. She suddenly realized tat her weding was in a few days. She was sacred of the results after telling the truth. She could not afford to loose Arjun. She made a final decision tat she wont tell as she could not change whatever happened. She was being selfish but she felt tat it was better to keep the truth under cover…

Rano: Anvesha tum waha kya kar rahi ho.. yaha niche aao.. Listening to Rano's voice annie descended downstairs. Her gaze was on Dev. She could not believe tat her own brother, Khuranna's blood would stoop so low.. Than she looked at Vicky, her brother who saved Geet, she was pround of him but the question was why he did not tell anyone. Suddenly she heard everyone laughing than uinderstood tat Geet and Vicky would never ever want to ruin the family happiness. They loved everyone. They could do anything for them, she felt pround tat she was a sister to such person and would go to a family where the daughter of tat family would not think of her pain and misery but kept both the families happiness on priority. Suddenly her Gaze turned towards Maan who was silently listening to everyone. Annie could see the pain and lonilenessin her brother's eyes. From the CD she came to know tat Maan loved Geet, she was trying to find the answers in Maan's eyes as though why he was quite when he never did anything. Why did not he fight. Why did not he fight for his love, for his geet… with all this thoughts going in her mind she sat near Rano..

Rano: Anvesha beta ab bas kuch din aur, phir tum hamesha ke liye Handa Haveli ki badi bahu banogi.

Annie slightly smiles.

Annie in mind: How could she be a good daughter –in-law of Handa's when her own brother Dev tried to harm their Daughter. How could she face them all. The people who loved her.. she controlled herself..

Shailaja: Haan Rano phir Hamesha ke liye Anvesha aap ki hojayegi.

Dadima: Main bahut khush hoon ki yeh barso ki doshti risthedaari mein badal rahi hai. Ranjit ki Pitha ki Khwahish puri ho jayegi..

Ranjit: Haan Maa.. Pithaji ki icha thi ki yeh dosthi risthedaari mein badal jaye.. Ab unhe bahut khushi hogi.

Mohinder: Haan Ranjit tum theek keh rahe ho. Inh bacho ki wajah se yeh mumkin hua hai. Hume tho darr lag raha tha ki shayad yeh bade hokar ek dusre ko pasand na kare. Par yaha tho hume jayada kuch karna nahi pada. Yeh khud hi khud ek dusre se pyar karne lage.

Dadima: Haan, Mohinder beta tum theek keh rahe ho. Hume tho inh per garv hai.

With this they move towards the Dinning table foe the dinner. Their conversation was on.. Everyone were sitted on their respective seats. As everyone was in good mood Dadima thought tat it was a good chance fro her to talk about Maan and Geet's marriage. She wanted them to get married as soon as Geet returns back. So thse spoke.

Dadima: Mohinder, as off now Arjun and Anvesha Wedding will be done within a month and Get will arrive after some months..

Maan, Vicky, Annie and Dev were shocked to hear Geet's Name. Maan somehow came to know wat Dadima wanted to say as she was behind him from many days asking about Geet..

Dadima continued: Tho main soch rahi thi ki ab jad Arjun aur annie ki shadi hojagi, tho hum Maan aur Geet ki shadi bi fix karde. Ab jad Handa ke bade beta ki shadi hogi tho hum Khuranna bi yahi jayege ki Khuranna's ke bade beta Maan ki shadi ho aur humari Bahu yani ki Humari Geet humeha keliye ish ghar mein aaye…

Vicky was getting angry but he kept quite.

Shailaja: Haan, Maaji theek keh rahi hai. Jab annie ish ghar se jali jayegi tho hume ek beti ki kami hogi. Tho Rano hume apni beti jald se jald jaye.

Ranjit: haan Mohinder. Ab aur intezaar nahi hota. Geet ke wapas ate hi inh dono ki bhi shadi karde.

Mohinder: Theek hai ranjit, waise bhi main bi yehi chatha tha, parjab Geet hi yeha nahi hai tho main inske barmein nahi sochna jahta tha. Par jab Maaji ne yeh baat jedh hi di hai tho main kya keh sakta hoon. Kyu Rano

Maan could not take all this. He did not deserve Geet as he could not protect her and Vicky was fuming with all this.

Shailaja: ANhi Rano aisi Baat nahi hai. Hume Khushi hogi ki Geet humare Ghar aa rahi hai. Taki ish Maan ki ajeeb si zindagi mein khushi jaah jayegi. Pata nahi kya rak hai business mein ki humesha ush mein hi dooba rehta hai. Na hasta hai na theek tarah se baat karta hai.

Ranjit: Haan Shailaja tum theek keh rahi ho. Ab jald se jald yeh karma hoga.

Dadima: tho yeh tay raha ki Geet ke waspas ane par Maan aur geet ki shadi hogi.. everyone was happy but Vicky could not control his anger any more. He shouted

Vicky: Bas Dadima. Kya laga raha hai yeh shadi shadi..

Ranjit: Vicky.. Behave yourself. Don't forget tat you are talking to your grandmother.

Vicky: Kya Galt Kaha maina Dad. Aap log bina soche samjhe Bro aur Geet ki shadi fix kar rahe hai. Kabhi aap logo ne socha hai ki who yeh shadi karna chath hai ya nahi.

By hearing this Mann felt has somebody pierced his heart.

Dadima: Vicky yeh kya keh raha hai tu… Hum janthe hai ki Maan aur Geet eh dujheko pasand Karthe hai.

Vicky: Pasand. No dadima aap galat soch rahi hai. Aap janthe hai geet Landon kyu gayi hai..

Rano:Beta who tho apni padayi puri karma chahti thi. Who bi London se..

Vicky: Nahi Maa. Yeh reason nahi tha.

Shailaja: Phir kya wajah thi..

Maan and Annie were sacred now for wat Vicky will say and Dev was Happy tat atlast Vicky will rell the truth.. but as Vicky spoke Dev was shocked

Vicky: Mom, Geet thak agyi thi roz-roz yeh shadi ki baat sunkar. Who brchari kuch keh bi nahi sakthi thi. Thak gayi thi uski aur bro ki shadi ki ba sunkar. Aap log thjo subah shyam yehi baatein karte the. Who bechari kuch kar nahi payi.

Mohinder: Vicky yeh tu kya keh raha hai.. Geet aur

Vicky: haan Papa.. geet tho bro se shadi ke baremein scoh bhi nahi sakti, bro ko pasand karma tho dur ki baat hai..

Ranjit: Yeh kay akeh raha hai

Vicky. Yes dad. Geet doed not like bro and will never love him and all of tat she does not want to marry him not even in her dream. She just hates bro Dad.

Vicky : I mean, she is not interested in this proposal. And tats the reason she left for London as she thought tat you will you all will understand her.

Dadima: so tats the problem I thought she loves someone else. No problem for tat she will agree for this as I know she loves Maan.

After about one month thgrand wedding of Arjun and Annie took place. It was a very hi-fi occasion as it was the elder son of Handa's and the only daughter of Khuranna's wedding. He had been the talk of town even after the wedding. The whole Handa Haveli and Khuranna Mansion were decorated. All were happy but they missed Geet very much.

After about a month of their Anvesha's and Arjun's wedding Annie got a call from Meera. Hearing meera's voce annie felt tat there was something wrong so she instantly left for her palce. When annie reached meera's she saw with red eyes. Meera ran to her and cried.

Annie: shu,,,,,,,,, Meera. Whtas the matter. Why are you crying…

Meera could not say anything. Annie gave her a glass of water to drink and calmed her.

Annie: Meera tell me wats the problem..

Meera showed her her medical reports. According to the report Meera was two months pregnant.

Annie: Meera wats this

Meera started to cry… Yes Annie m pregnant with Dev's child..

Annie was shocked: did you tell Dev bhai about this.wat did he say

Meera: Yes Annie. Devdoes not want this child. He told me to for an abortion Annie.

Annie: did you tel bhai about this

Meera: Haan Annie but Dev is not ready. He will force me to abort this child, Please Annie help me I do not want to do this..

Annie: this is a limit. Now its time for the truth to come front. Dev bhai has to accept this child and be punished for it..

Meera was shocked to hear her..Annie caught Meera's hand and dragged her to Khuranna Mansion. On the way she called Maan and Vicky to come to the hall and meet her in Maan's room…

Annie caught Meera's hand and dragged her to Khuranna Mansion. On the way she called Maan and Vicky to come to the hall and meet her in Maan's room…

Maan and Viky could sense the urgency in Annie's voice. She never sounded like tat, so as soon as Annie called them they left fro Khuranna Mansion. On reaching they both realize tat Annie had indeed called both of them. As they reached Maan's room they found Annie and Meera in some discussion. As soon as Annie saw Maan and Vicky she stood up.

Maan: Annie wats the matter. And why is Meera crying?

Vicky: Di. Is everything alright.

Annie: Bhai, I have to rtell you something very important. Something which is related to your relations. Something which you and Vicky should know. Something which Geet ought to know Bhai.

Maan and Vicky together: Geet

Annie: Haan Vicky. Ek aise sachayi jo aap teeno ko jaana jarruri hai. Kash main himmat karke yeh sab batathi.

Maan: Annie paheliyoo mein baatein karma badh karo aur saaf saa batao..

Annie: Bhai main sab janthi hoon. Haan Vicky jo do saal pehle hua tha, who sab janthi hoon. Par main who bhi janthi hoon jo aur koi nahi jantha. Main woh sachayi janthi hoon jo sunkar aap dono ki zindagi badal degi.

Maan: Please Annie if you want to talk about it and blame me then leave it. I have accepted my crime and m ready to take any punishment from you now. So just don waste time telling tat and give me your punishment as everyone has given.

Maan kept quite.

Vicky was ashamed as he failed to realize this in his anger.

Annie: Haan Vicky. Bhai is not responsible for anything but he was made to believe tat Geet and Rahul Loved each other. They created such situations so tat Bhai believed that they are in love. The party night was well planned in advance. They made Maan bhai their target. He never knew wat was happening. He just took Geet to Rahul farmhouse as Rahul told him tat he had a surprised and as Bhai believed tat Geet loves Rahul he took her there without knowing tat this mistake which he did would cost him for his life and love. He was just helping the two lovers without realizing tat he was unknowingly givig pain to his love.

Maan: stop it Annie. There is nothing true in your words. I m responsible for it..

Annie: no bhai m sorry I have to tell. Yes Vicky Maan Bhai loves geet not from now but since childhood. He never voiced his feelings for geet nd tat was his mistake. Their biggest mistake was tatthey believed tat they both could understand each others feelings without telling them and they both fell in the trap which was planned to ruin them. Ya ruin the Khuranna's and Handa's realations.

Vicky: khuranna and handa. But whu di .. why rahul would do tat.

Annie: its not Rahul only Vicky. Yes bhai its not Rahul alone but its Dev bhai..

All were shocked for sometime..

Maan: Annie do you know wat are you saying…

Annie: m sorry meera but thhe truth is tat Dev bhai only used you. Bhai dev bhai had come to know tat you loved geet and she had feelings for you too. As geet always kept dictance from Dev bhai as she never liked his ways of living, he thought atat it was because of him. and as geet had slapped rahul for flirting with her when he just took admissions, and for this he wanted to take revenge.

Rahul and Dev bhai both came together and planned this. They wanted to ruin geet and you. They wanted to ruin all the relations and people close to Maan and geet. but destiny had something else. It was by chance tat Vicky and others came to know and they rushed to save geet but it was late. But hopefully nothing happened.

Vicky: but di how do you know all this, I mean no one knew anything about tat night..

Than annie told them how she came to know all about this but fearing for the consequences and her marriage to arjun she kept quite

Annie: m sorry I should not have hidden this. And she handed the Cd to maan.

Everyone watched the Cd and by now Maan and Vicky were at the peak of their anger, Maan rushed outside to dev, but annie stopped him

Annie: bhai before you do anything read this and handed meera's reports to him.

Maan: Yeh kay hai.. Meera and pregnant.

Annie; haan bhai , meera is pregnant with dev' s bhai child and for that you should control yourself bhai. This is not the right time for all this. Just control yourself bhai. We cant punish meera and her child becsuse o Dev bhai's sins.

Maan and Vicky looked towards meera and felt sadfor her. By now meera was all broken.

Maan: Annie just call the whole family in the main hall. I want to speak to them right now. And make sure tat Dev is present.

With this she went to call all and other went to the hall. Everyone came to the hall.

Ranjit: Maan why you have called us here.

Maan: Annie where the hell is Dev. Did not I tell you tat dev should be present here. He shouts… Dev, Dev..

Dev: don't shout maan. I m here and why the hell you are shouting

Maan goes towards him and slaps him hard. All were shocked as Maan never lost his control like this.

Shailaja: Maan why did you slap Dev

Maan; Slap. If I had the choice I would have killed him mom.

Dadima; Maan don't forget tat he is your brother.

Maan: brother. I m ashamed dadima tat he is a khuranna. Khuranna's never stoop so low in their life.

Ranjit: Maan just tell wats the matter.

Maan handed the medical reports of Meera to Ranjit.

Ranjit: Meera yeh sab kya hai..

Than Annie told them everything about Meera's pregnancy and her frequent abortions. She also told her condition. with this ranjit could not control himself and slapped him again and again.

Ranjit: maine kaha than a ki ek din yeh ladka humari naak katwa ke rahega. Ab dekho kya kiya isne.

Dadima: Dev, hum janthe kit um irresponsible hoon par aisa kuch karoge yeh hume socha bi nahi. Hume sharam ati hai tumhe hamara pota kehlatye.

Ranjit: sharam tho ishe aani hai par dekho ishe…

Shailaja: Ab hum kya kare bhagwan.

Maam: Dad Hum inh dodno ki shaadi kal hi karva dethe hai.

Dev: Shadi no never. I don't want to marry her and this child.

With this dadima comes and slaps him

As per the decision, the following day they got Dev and Meera married in a small temple with only Khuranna's, handa's and Meera's family. After the marriage they returned back. Vicky was waiting for a chance tio talk to Maan..

Vicky: bro I want to talk to you.

Maan: I know Vicky wat you want to say. But its ok I understand you.

Vicky: bro m sorry. I could not understand you and your love for geet.

Maan: its ok Vicky. M happy tat you realized it.
