CHAPTER 13
Geet was confused about her thoughts ... she herself couldn't decide what her feelings are ... May be that must be a weak moment but how can she let something like that happen ... i was just a short kiss but how will she face him next time ... what if he thinks bad about her ... the last thing she want is their friendship getting spoiled ... she likes him it doesn't mean that she will do something like this with him ... She can never take a step where she ll get a chance to curse her self respect ... She will never allow her feeling to conquer her in a way that she ll regret later ...
Geet's mind was filled with these thoughts when she was sitting in the swing in sit out at early morning ... She didn't even bother to change returning from the party ., she didn't keep track of time ... she was sulking in her own world ... when armaan patted her shoulder from back ...
" wat r u doing here at this time " it was then he noticed her state ... Geet was sitting hugging her legs placing her chin on her knees ... her eyes were red and few tension lines on her forehead
" u haven't changed yet ? " he asked
" no amy ... ummm i was just sitting here seeing the moon " said geet
" oh really moon at 4 in the morning " armaan asked sarcastically
geet didn't reply but the look of her was enough for armaan to know that she wasn't well ...
" do u have temperature ? " armaan asked touching her forehead ... she nodded a no ...
armaan sat near her ...
" do u want to tell me anything ? " he asked placing his hands around her ... she placed her head on his shoulder
" i m fine " said geet
Armaan didn't say anything for few minutes...
" candy from childhood u have shared with me everything ... u worries and happiness ... but now if u r hesitant that is clear that the matter is wrong ... so think abt it not alone from ur prespective " he said
Geet looked at him with blank eyes ... he was right ... is it possible that she is wrong ... but why doesn't she regret doing it...
" i ll be ok " geet said getting up ..." i must catch some sleep " she left even before he could acknowldge
Ridhimma was a silent observer of all this ... she walked to armaan once geeet left ...
" i told u he is not right for geet ... i m afraid if he had hurt her ..." said armaan
" u r wrong as usual Mr.Malik " said ridz ...
he looked at her
" The expression in her face is not because she was hurt but she is confused ... i guess it is somewhere related to her feelings for him ." said ridz
" but still i m not liking him " said armaan
Ridz smiled seeing his childish behaviour and hit his head playfully

Maan was having hard time ... He was counting each and every minute waiting for morning ... he wanted to meet geet as soon as possible ... he badly wanted to know her reaction ... wat if she is angry on him or she hates him ?... But his heart believed that she can never hate him ... He wants to meet her not only for that reason ... He still can't forget wat happened between them few hours ago ... he still remember how he soft lips felt against his ...he couldn't even think of sleeping ... Everytime he close his eyes he just imagined her ... Imagined her with him doing the heavenly kiss which they left incomplete hours ago ... Just after slight contact with her made him realize how desperate he could get ...
" Oh GOD ! if just get crazy just by a small brush of lips ... what will happen to me in future when she ll be compltely mine "

The Next day , most awaited day for maan as he is gonna meet geet ...most dreadful day for geet as she is gonna meet maan ...
Maan went to geet 's house in early afternoon ... armaan and ridz were going back to mumbai and maan has promised to drive them to airport ... Geet was nowhere to be seen when maan entered the house , he was disappointed but well his mood was soon changed when his lil prince began to tell him how he enjoyed the party ...
" where is mom ? " asked maan in the middle of their convo
" mom has gone with armaan uncle to buy something " said sid
Maan was having a friendly convo with ridz ... Ridz is someone who everyone will develop a liking soon thanks to her intelluct ... maan enjoyed ridz's frdship though armaan is still a mystry as he often give man unfriendly smile to him and an uninvited look ...
Maan heard the door open and there his angel came carrying some bags ... Her eyes were red indicating lack of sleep same as him ... but the qus is wat she has been thinking the whole night ... is it something good or bad abt the incident ...
" hey ! maan " Geet said with uncomfortable smile ... her eyes weren't looking at his which is unlike her ...
" hey ! where were u? " asked maan
" umm... amy wanted to buy some gifts for sid " said geet still keeping her eyes away from him ... she wated to sound normal but maan could sense her restlesness
The journey to air port was nothing unusual ... Everytime geet would try to join maan in a topic and when he talks with her suddenly she ll change to another ... it was as if she was trying hard to stop thinking abt something that she was thinking and talking abt many things ....
Even When they were returning back to home from air port ... geet 's behaviour wasn't usual she was trying to be more friendly with him as if nothing has happened ...

GEET : why am i behaving like a fool ... in wat else way i ll show him that i was not affected by our closeness and i don't even care ... why can't i meet his eyes ... wat is he thinking now ... why is he unusually silent ... why does he carry that stupid smirk in his face ... oh god why life shd be so difficult ...
MAAN : i know geet wat u r thinking ... but i m happy today that i am clear how u feel abt me ... if u were angry on me after our proximity i would have thought u hate me ... if u were isolated i would have thought u regretted that incident ... but now when u r clearly acting to be indifferent abt it i m sure that our closeness affected u in a positive way like how i m affected ...i know ur feelings for me now i have to make u know ur feelings foe me and apparently my feelings for u ...
Maan decided to take another step to close the distance between them
