LOL.
I agree with Jyoti1 and Bangalores, that even in English, with the right pauses, it infers: You send to office, Dev or Why to the office... did you send Dev?? Its just the notorious way of delivering and letting us know that office is secondary to the real question - DEV TO OFFICE??
But again, with Dewdropped, LOL, I stomp and hold my stomach and laugh, with that sentence, 'cause a hindi teacher would surely say that its wrong construction!!!! 🤣🤣🤣 of a sentence!! LOL.
Good grammatical observation by DewD. LOL

i think dialogue was written correctly but dialogue delivery was not appropriate- "tumne office, dev ko bhej diya" there should have been a pause in between, then it would sound correct.
but your observation is great😆 awesome post!!!

I think they din't check while editing.Editor baiya ko maaneet ke scenes katne ke ilawa villans ke dialougs par bhi dyan dena chahiye,Ok berry might have written it but vikas is supposed to super intelligent ,cute & hot according to ...didn't he check while narrating so.they give so many bloppers this is one of them.

No dear it is rite in hindi ..tumne office dev(il) ko bhej diya...n it means tumne office main dev ko bhej diya...n in every day language ...it works...

Lik a simple sentence :You have book ?
n answer ll be : Yes I have

instead of Yes I hav book...so there some words r such in every language if skipped then things work

😳
