Well, as I already explained, I am among the minority who has been strongly against the RC track. As your post did not provide any background, I could not decode the hidden message to hidden prawlers. I went by what your words said. I think your comment should have also been posted in LVRaaz's thread if you have not already done so. Better to give the so-called prawlers straight to their faces. As to the intensity of my words, they matched the intensity of my emotions at reading that post. I have already apologised for the same.

As I perceive it, and I may be completely wrong, the passion and the charm that is yearned for had its genesis in the interaction between two people who stood by their values, yet were magnanimous enough to accept when they were at fault; who instinctively brought out the worst reaction in the other, yet provided the opportunity to bring out the best in the other.

Take their basic characteristics away, and what we are left with it is the Maan and Geet of the Amritsar track and the Maan and Geet of episodes such as yesterday. If I were to wipe away from my memory the characteristics of Maan and Geet and their story, and see a photograph of DD and GC together, all I'd say is, "Well, that's one photogenic couple." But, that would be it.

The point on which I would differ with you is this. I wouldn't want to sit back, censor our feedback and let them continue to massacre the present track, merely because we also have to deal with what may happen post the revamp of the channel. Just as a chain is as strong as its weakest link, any track has as much potential to bring back the magic as the vision and commitment of those responsible for envisioning and executing it .

So, I'd rather that we not restrain ourselves in vocalising our dislike for the execution and attempt to excuse the PH or the channel. I would consider it inadvisable to to put all the eggs in the same basket and channelise all our efforts into advocating an RC or XYZ or ABC track, which will be plagued by the same Achilles' heel -- an apparently disinterested PH and lack of vision and commitment.

Usha and Medha, you two voiced my thoughts. Medha you mirrored my opinion of the show and Maaneet, then and now. I think I should just read your views and agree to every word instead of trying to say exactly the same things in a more convoluted fashion.

I think Maan and Geet are limited to being in promos and precaps only!!

So I feel CVs can actually cash in on the blunders they hv made 😆...They can actually show us the difference between a fairytale and harsh reality in the current track ...what we saw last year till the marriage point was a fairytale of a prince who saves his damsel in distress and we saw the promo of horse which says dreams too come true ...the fairytale ends there with cindrella getting married to her prince 😳..then comes the harsh reality phase post marriage which includes Miscarrage followed by separation(Amritsar track) followed by another disaster of memory loss ..so right now the story is no more a fairytale but a harsh reality which both Maan and Geet r facing where neither Maan is the prince saving her damsel in distress nor Geet is a cindrella ...so the real picture is not as impressive as a fairytale 🤔 ;But will this harsh reality phase in Maaneet's life teach them the real meaning of companionship is what CVs can actually show us 😊
