Awesome Post , good analysis of Maan & Geet.

u hv given a good explaination 4 behaviour of Maan as wel as Geet.

That is why we need time.. flashbacks and all at this time would be a waste of a wonderful opportunity to tell the story of falling in love again, of this striking couple... Flashbacks would be too easy and will take away from the intensity and emotional quotient of this equation..

I agree with this lines . even i dont want flashbacks.

BUT GEET IS MOST SELFISH WOMEN IN THE SHOW, SHE ALWAYS LEFT MAAN 4 NO REASON AND LITTLE REASON, BUT SHE CAN TOLERAT 4 HER MAAN ,BUT NEVER. SHE COME WITH SOMEMUSIBAT WITH HER

EVEN MAAN ALWYS THERE GOOD AO BAD MOOD

@gafulu- I am definitely not going back all the way to explain.. just this- would you rather have her behave like NT , whose presence disturbs her husband, torments him, who hates her and wishes her away for his peace and sanity.. but she persists in staying.(her motive might be money, power, while Geets is love, but the argument is the same since both their husbands are pained/angered by their presence.)

Wow Ninand! What a lovely interpretation of the two characters, both then and now. I always wonder how you pen down such beautiful words without compromising the flow and emotions of the episode. And believe me u always make total sense in all that u say.

Ur characterisations today have truly brought out the genuine internal turmoil in Maaneet. Both of them will need time to adjust to the current situation and their feelings. U are absolutely correct in saying that it is too early in the day to show flash backs. Showing FBs will mean the start to the memory coming back. And if we want Maan to fall for Gee tall over again he has to do so without any past memories. He has already noticed that there is a caring side to her when he watched her with Dadi on their return from the bus halt. But for him to accept her as his wife...well that's actually asking a bit too much particularly from Mr. Maan Singh Khurrana.

Ur post has come at a much needed time because I could again see some posts of ..."I hate Maan"...I hoped all Geet lovers read this post and understand that both Maneet are right in their own way and as fans of the show we need to support BOTH Maan and Geet and not any one of them. As for the Cvs, they are truly handling this in a unique way, which again is a USP of this show.

Thanks a lot and keep writing. I always love reading ur characterisations because they explain facts of human nature.

wow wonderful post really loved it...
like u i too feel flash backs will be less fun than a entirely new aspect of falling in love...
it is necessary for geet to realize, Maan has reverted to his HP phase nd that he is no more her loving husband or lover, who put on attitudes just to irritate her! he is no more the maan who adored her for her pranks nd whose life revolved around fulfilling her smallest wish.
it's time for geet to look at things with a different perspective
time for her to show him, she is not just bubbly, irritating village wife but some one bright and efficient..she has spunk nd courage...that she has qualities in her that made him admire and respect her...time for a revamp geet!!

there is something i noticed abt yesterdays precap...
after falling with him on the bed..geet was abt to get off him when he takes her hand and pushes her off...typical Maan, he wants her to knw he is the one who pushed her off, or rather he doesn't want her to think she can gain anything by trying to get close physically...but great angle, what if he is forced to act lovey dovey in front of daadi?

well said ninand... only if he discovers his love for geet., he can take this geet...to discover his geet., the situations should be not be same., as geet will express herself only when she is in difficult situations., only where we can see geet acting with sanity...maan fell for a girl who takes things as it comes on the way and fight for it., a girl who just don't step back., sit quietly claiming it to be her fate...geets innocence with her ability to explore when time comes is what made maan to fall for geet...she doesn't need to become glamorous or modern...all she needs to do is to show him the sherni in her

even i too wanted maan to take geet., first accept her., then understand her., respect her., and then he should love her...only then they will become maaneet...

i am so taken up by your explanations...

MSK doesn't see /differentiates people based on the society., social power or status...he respects people who can have and hold on to their self respect...which is what geet is...and i am sure maan will accept geet...

oh yes... Absolutely! you said it exactly.. this man is neva goina improve really ;) great observation. It so reminds of the days he used to hassle her for a confession and would get nasty and go on the offensive when she would resist.. typical MSK😍

OFCOURSE I LIKED IT...AND i do loved it...it would have been better if she gets new clothes...say hot saree or something...😉
